David P guided me through a particular part of the process , he was very knowledgeable and gave me confidence in the processes none of which I had experienced before.

Graham the driver rang me when he was half an hour away turned up was polite and professional. Very informative and showed me around the bike and discussed everything in great detail. It was a straight forward swap and Graham clearly has a passion for the job and it shows.

After my motorcycle was stolen and declared a Cat N write off, it was clear that Drew at 4th dimension, was looking to find a settlement value that was fair, taking into account the immaculate condition of my bike, and not simply representing the interests of the insurance company. I hope this NEVER happens to me again, but if so, I’d want 4th Dimension to handle my claim.

Very impressed with 4th dimension,I submitted my claim after my motorcycle was stolen and my Insurance company which is Hastings forwarded my claim to 4th Dimension, I was a bit dubious in the beginning but since the first contact with them they were excellent. Having never claimed before they were very helpful giving me advice on steps I could take to expedite the process and I am very happy with the final settlement

Today my Honda VFR800 was scheduled to be collected by DEAN. The collection happened right on time. Dean introduced himself immediately and then proceeded to take some photographs of my damaged bike. Dean also informed me that his company was a main Honda dealership, this is great because of the fact that my bike is a Honda so hopefully replacement parts will be easy to source. Dean and I had a conversation and then he loaded the bike onto his van and then parted for his next collection.

A minor incident, but very professional response. Efficient, polite and helpful. I couldn't ask for more.

Had to make a call I didn’t want to make about my bike as it caught fire this morning. However I got put through to a lovely lady called Camilla Forlee, I couldn’t have asked for a more professional person to take my call. I was kept constantly informed when I was on hold due to the system being slow, she dealt with me systematically and efficiently. Made a horrible phone call into quite a stress free process! From the first initial contact the service offered was outstanding helping me through all the issues that I had encountered keeping me informed about what the next steps would occur as you can imagine it’s a stressful situation when you’re vehicle has been stolen and you have taken great measures to secure it.
