I dealt with Lionel Croucher who clearly explained the assessment / repair process my bike would be subjected to and who projected a very professional persona throughout the questioning I subjected him to!!

Chloe gave me great help & handled the situation very fast and efficiently.

So far everything is really good incident Sunday afternoon paper work Monday sent back Wednesday morning bike picked up Wednesday afternoon by Graham who was a friendly guy from 4 d and also hire bike in place cheers

Dean delivered my hire bike to me today and was absolutely lovely! Despite the early morning was happy for a chat and genuinely made me feel so much better about the whole situation!

Dean was excellent, very professional.

If you value your bike and safety do not let these cowboys near it. 8 months of repairs half arsed paint, alarming mistakes with simple things like bolt placement. Bike has been returned twice and is now going to have to be stripped to the frame to see if their repairs have left it unsafe to ride. Refused to take responsibility through out and left everything from chasing payment to sourcing a tyre up to me.

One of the family now ! Good old dean !
