Having only dealt with the initial set up of the claim for criminal damage on my bike caused by an unsuccessful attempt to steal it. The bike has now been collected. The collection was done in a professional manner by Graham, he explained what he was doing and quickly had my bike loaded and securely strapped down

My bike has just been collected by Jay. Very polite run me through what would happen with my bike from today. Jay was very polite, gave the bike a good look over, very chatty, very fast loading my bike and hat to take one off to get mine on then put the other back on. Really fast and without question certanly knew what he was doing. Would not hesitate to recommend Jay ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 stars

very friendly, very fast, no complaints

I was pleased to be dealing with the call handler - Chloe Wright. She was able to deal with my concerns and questions to complete the process of my accident recently. Professional, polite and friendly.

Straightforward and easy to deal with. The driver (Graham) explained everything and was very knowledgeable.

My experience with 4th Dimension was a good one, once my details were taken and process explained, a dedicated handler was assigned, at every stage I was informed of progress. once the claim was agreed The repair team took over, a big thankyou to Lionel Croucher on the estimating team who took me through the damage and repair process. when the time came for repair I was regularly updated by Chloe Moran of the workshop team. The Logistic team were excellent collecting and delivering my bike with a very friendly and efficient manner when promised. on receiving my bike back it look like new. Thank you to all the Staff at 4thD.

Very quick collection, the first message arrived the day before, collection arranged for the next working day. Graham arrived within the time frame specified by the company, anlso rang to say he was 30 minutes away. All communication explained well. Explained where my bike was going after he collected it as I wasn’t told this before hand. Very respectful of my property also.
