They drop a bike off and charge extortion amount for the rental charges then you’re bullied by Bond Turner to give over all your details bank savings accounts And threatened that if you don’t do it, you are liable for the charges that they have extortionate requested from the third part

Avoid Like The Plague!
Was recommended this company from a family member who advised they had the best quality of service and everything was stress free, but this was far from the case with my recent experience with them today. After having an unfortunate car accident to which was not my fault, I contacted the company and within 15 minutes of the telephone conversation ending, was told they could not help me and advised I went the traditional route of contacting my insurance provider. When I asked them why they couldn’t help me, they said “because the accident was on a main road”…which to me is absurd as where do most car accidents take place? A ROAD. an extremely unprofessional and unhelpful company where over promising and under delivering is an understatement. I am now currently sat in Hospital seeking medical treatment for a possible head injury and I am shocked at the lack of empathy this company has not willing to help. Avoid at all costs.

Shoddy Dangerous Repairs Still Not Sorted
Absolute disgrace of a company, had an accident in june and McCams took the bike for repairs. The bike was returned over 2 months later and would not start. The repairers had said that it was an ignition problem and not as a result of the accident. The switch must have been removed when the handlbars were replaced. When i looked at the switch they had cut the wires and taped them back up. The crash bars have put on crooked so they are rubbing on the plastics. Clocks put back on crooked. Handlebar cover and rear stand bung supposed to have been replaced but just cleaned. I have also found today that the bolts for the fuel tank have been removed and not put back. This has been going on now for over 3 months. I have an unsafe bike and nobody from this company has appologised or seems to care. I am paying tax and insurance for a bike I cant even start.

Can I say this is a five star service. So.ethimg that is such a rariety nowadays . The staff team are kind responsive an empathic to your situation . Honestly I have never been in an accident or anything before but dealing with Mcams is probably the most straight forward thing I have done this year . Very efficient no delays an they are keeping there word an work above an beyond to keep me satisfied as a client/customer . A special thank you to Foozi Artan who really did alot to keep me comfortable during my ordeal every work place should have a Foozi .!! Honestly lost for words amazing service I don't usually write reviews but for Mcams I make a exception . 😉

Extremely Unprofessional, inorganized company who were fighting for 3rd party not me.
I have had a motorcycle accident last year, May 2021 while working as a delivery driver. A guy who I knew from work recommended McAMS as I had no experience with such accident claim companies.
I couldn't go with my insurance company as I couldn't drive and had to cancel the insurance, besides I was very shaken badly after the accident.
Anyway, I called them, and they were happy to take the case as it was evident that I would win this case hands down considering the circumstance (Witness statement, Council Camera etc).
They took details from me and it kind of went downhill from then on.
1 - I received a letter explaining who is in charge of my case but when I tried to reach that person, I was told she wasn’t the head of the team of the solicitors (of which one was dealing with my case). This guy wasn't available to start with because either he was in a meeting or call or he would leave the office early. Somehow I managed to get hold of him after few tries and then my case was passed on to BOND TURNER.
2 - BOND TURNER are the worst thing that can happen to anyone who is traumatized from an accident and has no source of income with physical injuries. At times, I had doubted that they were my solicitors. They did eveyrthing they could in their power to weaken my case from providing the WRONG REGISTRATION OF MY VEHICLE, ACCIDENT LOCATION, TIME & DATE, MY POSITION AT THE TIME OF ACCIDENT.
3 - Not just that I STARTED RECEIVING CALLS FROM RANDOM NUMBER TELLING ME ABOUT MY ACCIDENT which by this time only McAMS knew which begs the question of how secure are your details that you provided them hoping that they will keep them confidential and GDPR guidelines.
4 - Unbeknownst to me, after 7/8 months of not hearing from anyone, McAms OR BOND TURNER, BT proposed 80/20 split liability to the 3rd party even when we had all the evidence to support my case.
CONCLUSION;
I will advise anyone to go with your insurance company instead of McAms or any other company. My case was decided in July 2022 (14 months later) with some much stress, depression all because of them. So save headache and go with your insurance company instead.

Mcams, highly recommend
McAMS sorted me out following my accident. Yes there was quite a bit of paperwork but I paid no excess and retained my no claims bonus with my insurer so well worth the small amount of hassle. I received a fair retail value for vehicle and had a vehicle to use until I had the money in my hand to replace mine. Compared to my last non fault for an almost identical accident where it resulted in me being held 50% at fault because my insurer couldn't be bothered to fight on my behalf, I would definitely use mcams again. Thank you
