The quality was amazing However the quality is very poor on the other fleeces I purchased they wash terrible and look like they have been worn and washed many times won’t be wasting anymore money on 4th arq

Customer service very behind compering to other clothes brands. Unable to amend or cancel my order despite sending an email straight after purchasing the wrong items. The order needed to be delivered first before being able to return anything. Very bad!
VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER CARE
I placed an order which was dispatched quickly. Then i get an email from DPD showing my order had been dumped in a corner or some hallway. I reached out to 4th ARQ as that was not my entrance/front door and the pin from the DPD site showed it had been delivered next door. I went to check and of course the parcel is not there. But while doing all this i have sent 3-4 emails to this company to try to get some help with this and haven't even received a response and it has been a week!!!

Cost £11.20 to return a poorly fitting item from the UK. Have ordered a size medium before but ordered a new style size M and it was comically large. about 20cm wider than my other size M. Was horrified that it was costing over £11 to return from the uk with the cheapest postage. Will not order again until they sort out UK returns.
Missing Order and Lack of Response
I'm so frustrated with this company! I placed an order with this company over a week ago for a fleece that I have yet to received
I received a delivery notification from DPD, along with a message stating that the parcel was "delivered to back door – image sent." However, I’ve been unable to open the image provided to verify where the parcel was left. I reached out to 4th ATH team for help and received only a brief response confirming the delivery and that an image had been sent.
I immediately replied, explaining that I cannot open the image and even included a screenshot showing the error message (“image not found”). Since then, I have sent five follow-up emails and have been completely ignored.
At this point, it seems this company is happy to take payment but unwilling to ensure that customers actually receive their goods—or even respond to genuine concerns. I paid in good faith for an item that I have not received, and I will now be escalating this matter to my bank for resolution.
It’s disappointing, especially as I was really looking forward to receiving one of the fleeces everyone speaks so highly of. Unfortunately, that experience has been completely soured by the lack of customer care.

I have been buying 4th Arq fleeces from they first came out, I have never had a problem great fleece. This new fleece they have brought out is awful they have barrel shape arms and are stitched badly. I ordered 2 of the exact same fleeces only different colours, one came bigger than the other, they are both medium. I emailed customer service on Sunday still no reply.

Husband ordered 4 fleeces as part of my birthday gift, checked prior to buying that there was no additional charges as the company is based in Ireland and we are in the UK. Nothing to state any charges on the website. Input a discount code that mysteriously disappeared before pressing pay button so although the order should have come to around £120 it actually ended up being £140 and wasn’t until the confirmation came through we realised the discount code had been removed. Fast forward a couple of days and my husband gets an email stating he needs to pay an additional £59 in customs fees and charges. Contacted the company who ask us to pay and they will refund. Not likely as we were already down £20 from loosing out on discount code and why are we having to pay customs charges when this isn’t stipulated on the website. We’re now not getting any response from the company and the goods get sent back today. Safe to say I’d like a refund.
4th Arq Alix Half Zip
4th arq Alix jumper has pockets but zip quality not great very fimble. Don't like the seam in the centre of the sleeves very annoying and rubbing. Stick with the Phoenix and Lennox.

Customer service resolved issue promptly
Ordered a half zip Maddox fleece in Hunter Green. Sadly it didn’t suit me and strangely it came stating the colour was Sage. Anyway I was aware of the refund policy although was a bit shocked by the cost of return via Royal Mail from GB to Ireland. My parcel was stuck at customs for a length of time that would have taken it over the 28 day refund policy. Contacted customer services who replied extremely promptly and resolved the issue within minutes.
Overall, the product seems quite good although it’s a shame the postage between UK and Ireland takes a while and is so costly. Didn’t have any issues with customer services who I would give top marks.

I ordered a co-ordinate set which you buy separately. The top arrived. I gave it another week and the shorts never arrived.
I contacted customer service. They issued a refund and said that the warehouse were unable to complete the order. This was no use as I had bought a set. I asked them could they send again as they were available on the website and they have never responded. I ordered the shorts again as I’m stuck with a top. Had to pay again for delivery. Shocking. Someone made a mistake and no help to even to try to resolve. As someone that has supported 4th Arq immensely over the years. I will not buy another item again. They absolutely don’t care about the customer.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I’ve bought several items from 4th Arc in the past with no issues. I placed an order on 4th August which was only partly delivered. I was short 1 item. I received no notification about a delay or refund!!! I emailed 3 times and all were returned as undeliverable. I sent a 3 DM’s on Instagram. Received a reply to the first advising me to email customer service despite telling them the emails were not getting through. The others were read but no response. I still have not received my order or a refund and cannot get a response from 4th Arc. I will never purchase from them again!!!!

Product is great, however, returns process is pants, you have to pay to return the item which is fine but for example, item costs £35 I had to spend £16 to return my fleece via Royal Mail to the south of Ireland (I am in the north) absolutely shocking that this transaction was basically me donating money to 4tharq!!! Robbed!! Will never purchase again I may search Vinted …
