Received a damaged fleece and no response from customer service
I opened the package as soon as it arrived to find there was damage on the front of the fleece where the fabric had snagged on something. I immediately emailed customer service. After 3 days of not getting a reply, I messaged them on instagram, to which I was told to email customer service. I advised I had emailed and I then emailed again. It's been over a week now and I have not received a response. Such poor customer service after the disappointment of receiving a damaged fleece already.
I received an item which had red stain…
I received an item which had red stain on the collar of the jacket and in the pockets there was tags for other products stuck inside. I did contact by email my issue with the product and they told me I can return it which I'm aware of that but I will have to pay to return which I think isn't ideal customer service when there was issue with my order.

This has been the worst customer service ever. My wife ordered an item but was sent the wrong size and two weeks later we are still waiting for further information on the courier collection we were told they would do as the error was on their part. We will never order from this company again.
Terrible service
Made sure to be online at release time. Order Xs and size small arrived contacted them and their solution was to refund €8 and for me to re order and promised to refund delivery for re ordering. New jumper came again in wrong size for a second time! And no refund for the delivery!! I have bought loads from the company but won’t be ordering again

Emailed customer services and got a generic reply, they then emailed me and when I replied I heard nothing back, so I re ordered the size I was looking for, so paid for shipping twice and guess what, wrong size was sent to me again, I will never ever ever order anything off this site again

I ordered a half-zip and realised ten minutes later I had made a mistake with the size. I emailed immediately requesting a change to the order and received a response the next day advising that this is not possible. I'll have to wait for the order and then go through the returns process. This is actually 2025.
Very poor customer service. I won't recommend and I won't order again from this company after this issue is resolved.

You’ll have to pay over £20 to return anything from the uk
I ordered a few half zip jumpers as I wasn’t sure what size to order. I returned two of them that did not fit, and had to pay £20 to return them from the uk. They 4th Arq never paid the customs fee on their end as they are based in Ireland. I contacted Royal Mail and they said that 4th Arq should have accepted it as it was a return to the country from what it came from. I have emailed 4th Arq multiple times and they ignore every email. They are an awful company for customer service.
Terrible company
Terrible company, I emailed the company after making a large purchase. I got no answer to my email, all I got was an auto-reply email telling me I cannot cancel or amend an order once it has been placed, this includes, change of address, multiple delivery charges, sizes & colour. I emailed them several times and they never got back to me. When my order was incorrect and I returned it to their address I did Not receive a response to my many emails and didnt get a refund. Who runs a company this way? They are NOT contactable by phone, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Terrible customer service. I have emailed your support email and twice - on the 31st December and again on the 21st February. I have had no reply. Both of these emails are regarding help with a return and I have received no reply. Would really appreciate someone contacting me to arrange my return as guidance on the website you provide is not sufficient for an England > Northern Ireland return.
Customer service poor / delivery and returns prices a joke
The delivery and return costs are a joke. Ordered a fleece based on their website size chart and it was massive. Decided to return it and it cost me £10. If I had wanted to order the smaller size I would have been charged £5 delivery and would have been out more money again if return needed. Still haven't received my refund for the one I sent back. Really puts me off the company, even though the fleeces are beautiful. Also sent the company a private message through social media and never responded even though it's been read.

They somehow duplicated my order and I still haven’t received either of them. The orders were made mid January, when I track them it says they are in Leicester somewhere. I have contracted customer services early Feb got an initial response saying they will look into it and now not responding. Terrible service. Would not buy from there again
Returns are a nightmare unfortunately
I have ordered and returned items twice from 4th Arq and both times I have had to chase up my refund via multiple emails to customer service despite the tracking confirming they were received weeks prior. Looking at the reviews it looks like many other customers have experienced the same. It seems their method of processing returns and general customer service is a mess. Not a good way to do business and attract returning customers. It has put me off ordering online again which is a pity as some of the pieces are lovely.
new leggings not fit for purpose
First time wearing my new leggings. I really liked the strong quality material but they just don’t stay up. Keep slipping down as I move. Could not wear these doing any long walks / exercise, because I would be pulling them up all the time. Such a pity. I would have returned them but unfortunately I had removed the tags
Quality very poor after a few washes …
Very surprised at the reviews saying good quality …. Perhaps they are reviewing prematurely before washing the item a couple of times? My fleece has gone very bally and just looks old and warn out after a handful of washes. I would say it’s bad quality!
