Fast delivery and so warm!!
Ordered my baby blue half zip on Wednesday 5th February and it arrived today Friday February 7th. 2days delivery!! Brilliant service. The quality of these fleeces are unbelievable, so so cosy and warm and really nice fit aswell. For the record if anyone if wondering about sizes, i wear a size 16 and the Size Large is perfect for me. I still have lots of room in it. Definitley reccommend buying the half zip fleeces!
Very poor quality
I’m so surprised the amount of people wearing these fleeces. They are absolutely crap quality for the price, they look grubby very quickly. The Dunnes fleeces are similar and for €15, wash a lot better!!

Leggings
I recently purchased the 4th arq leggings, first impression was the quality was insane and loved the thickness and colour but they do not stop falling down. I can literally only take a step or two without having to stop and pull them up. I have worn them twice around the house and they are so bad that I cannot even stay in them. For the price I would expect alot better. Would definitely not repurchase and would not recommend to anyone. There are a lot better brands for a fraction of the cost that hold up way better.

Customer service is so bad
Customer service is so bad! Ordered a gift for my sister in law 9th of December. They emailed me the following week saying they were still working on my order. Once I hadn’t recieved it I emailed them several times and waited for over three weeks for a response. They then proceeded to tell me my email wasn’t connected to any order they had. When I sent my information across. A few days later they told me they couldn’t fulfill my order and refunded me. The jumper is still showing in stock online. I will never order again from this company so disappointed.

I have ordered many pieces from this clothing brand over the years but in November I ordered a jacket which was too big for me. So I used there returns portal through a post to send it back. Even though my tracking number tells me it was returned back to there warehouse on the 20th of November. I’m still waiting for my refund. Three emails later to there Customer care & no response. Very poor service will definitely not buy another piece of clothing from this brand!! Very disappointing

Terrible Delivery
Do not order with this company. Their delivery is just shockingly bad. Waiting weeks to receive item. Should be fairly simple it’s just pick and pack for goodness sake. No tracking nothing. Thought this was a reputable business operates more like a start up been run by amateurs.

Poor customer service - let down for Christmas
Ordered on 28th November (plenty of time for Christmas ) Spent €120. Only half of the order arrived on 13th Dec. Emailed several times, no answer to emails and eventually on 21st Dec -sorry your order can not be fulfilled. Here’s a refund !!! No use to me when I’ve no Christmas present for a family member. Very frustrated and disappointed by this service. Lovely product, clearly in demand but not enough staff or stock behind the scenes to provide a decent service.

It’s a good buy
Package arrived it fits so well and lovely colour I ordered it in the full length in the colour ecru and matching socks both very comfy great for winter. Highly recommend. It does take a long time though for delivery.

Approx 1 week later it was shipped and it said allow 7 working days, still no sign of it and no way to track it. Dreadful customer service and no communication on reason for this being late and not sure how they get my money back,

Dreadful customer service from 4th Arq - probably the worst I have ever experienced from a retailer. Lost delivery and no way to track and no response from customer service apart from apply for refund. How can I do that when no item received. I know the address taken was incorrect but no way to update that ten seconds after order made. 4th Arq really need to improve their customer service drastically as I can see from other reviews it is now damaging their brand. I will not be purchasing from them again any time soon. You can’t take customers money and then completely ignore them when item not received. :(
