I purchased from this website on 5th of December and I still have not received any confirmation of my order and it is over a week since I placed my order. This problem has never occurred before when purchasing from the 4th arq website. Looking at comments on Instagram and reviews here I realise I am not the only one having this problem. I purchased these as gifts for Christmas and will more than likely not have them on time. I am very disappointed with this website and how us customers are being treated. My money was happily taken but it is still over a week with no confirmation of my order sent. This is the only website that I have EVER had no confirmation of an order sent to after purchase. I really hope the company and founder is aware of this issue and how many customers they have sadly let down. People have spent their hard earned money and have given their support to this company to sadly being let down, because of this many people will be left without gifts for Christmas.

Ordered a birthday gift 13 days ago and it hasn't even shipped yet despite being informed at time of purchase that delivery would be 7-10 business days! Very poor customer service. Guess I'll have to go shopping for an alternative gift 😞

I wish I had looked at the reviews but I ordered a few fleeces on the 30/11/24 and it still hasn't been sent. All I got
when I replied was an automated email
to say once it's dispatched give it 7-10 days. I ordered this for Christmas, to give for presents and I don't believe I will be
receiving it. I am really annoyed over this and would definitely not recommend ordering from here if you want anything before Christmas.

Placed an order on the 21st November. The order arrived a few days later with an item missing. I’ve emailed them 4 times- first email sent the 27th November and no reply to any of my emails. Messaged them on social media and was instructed to contact them by email. I have ordered from them in the past and never had any issues but this experience has put me off buying from them in the future. They post on social media frequently but can’t reply to emails. Terrible customer service.

Ordered on 29 November as a gift, I paid particular attention to their shipping/delivery timelines to make sure I had it before I leave on holidays. It's now 10 days later and they haven't even processed the order. Emailing them serves no purpose, you just get a standard response and no real person ever gets back to you. I want to cancel my order and get my money back so I can go buy my daughter something else. Will not support you again.

Ordered on the 29th of November. Didn't get a confirmation e mail. Sent an Instagram and was told to e mail. Sent the e mail and you get an automated response telling you not to send multiple emails as your e mail will be pushed to the bottom!!
Spent over 100 euro and not even an e mail to confirm order I've ordered things from Germany that have come quicker!! Gone are the days that ye had next day delivery!
Ye need to send people confirming e mails at the very least.
Looking into cancelling my order now and getting a refund and will purchase elsewhere.

Its now 15th December.

Placed an order on the 18th November, chased it up on the 3rd December and they just refunded me, didn't even try & resolve the issue. The item is still in stock so that wasn't the problem. Terrible customer service.

Placed an order on 26th of November but it's now the 5th of December and it hasn't even shipped yet. Emailed on 29th but was told they would look into it but have heard nothing since.
This was for a present, won't order from here again, delivery is unreliable.

Placed my order on Tuesday 26th Nov for a birthday 3rd December and it still hasn't even left the building to be shipped one week later. I emailed customer service on Friday 29th who promptly replied and said to allow 5 to 7 days, still nothing. I guess I will have to purchase something else from a website that actually has a good delivery service. Don't get me wrong the products are amazing quality and well worth the excellent price, but unfortunately shipping isn't up to the same standard.

Returned an item 3 weeks ago no acknowledgment no answer to emails no refund and was an expense jacket which I have proof of delivery for so I know it’s been received back :(

Ordered on 11th Nov - item was in stock, and no sign of delivery! Several emails sent and eventually 2 weeks later get an email to say problem with the Warehouse and they will issue a full refund!!! Still waiting for it!! Got an email to say they issued a refund of €4.95!!! it should be €44.95!!! They say they would offer a 20% discount. Would never order off them again.... can't see how they are in business.... very disappointed! I'm just sorry that I didn't read the reviews first...

My package arrived with items missing, I emailed costumer service and they sorted it for me straight away. The costumer service was excellent, thank you 😊

Personally would never again order from them! I ordered a half zip hoodie the colour and size both in stock or else I wouldn’t be able to order to I made my online purchase paid for it, mind you from an Irish address from an Irish company within Ireland so laughable so 7 days later and still no shipping email was never once told until I’d to send several emails contact them on social media and leave comments before I was told that the ware house couldn’t fill my order and they’ll send me my refund with a pathetic 20% discount! If I could give zero stars I would Rosie Connolly you need to do better

Place an order 1 month ago and 5 email sent with no response very poor customer support

OFFERED 24 hours early access to the black friday sale. We got access but there are no discounts.
So I emailed only to get an auto respose to say that it will take 72 hours to get a response. NO CONTACT NUMBER NO LIVE CHAT NO SUPPORT.
What kind of company in 2024 leaves their customers with no recourse. The CCP have guidelines on this kind of "sale" seems like one big scam to me, but since there is no one from the company to speak to, I'll just have to make my voice heard through all the social media platforms. DISGUSTED

Loved these tops when they first came out but quality is terrible now I have no idea why. I have had to return a recent order... and as for returns, absolute disaster, you'll be waiting about a month to get any money back. Very disappointing 😞

Returned parcel has not been acknowledged or refunded

My return has now been refused by customs in Ireland. I paid £15 to return a duplicate order which has now arrived back to me.
I haven't had any replies to my previous emails so if anyone has any suggestions to what I do next, please let me know.

Great selection of colors, easy order quick delivery. Love these fleece, the length the warmth and high neck! I just wish they had a pocket or 2 lol
