Update: 500apps is not working. But I received my money back.

Their support application not creating tickets

Email services wasn't functioning

There is no way to cancel the subscription !!! Which is illegal

Their is a loop, where you are charged and you can't do anything
Absolute disaster and scam

I purchased their subscription and quickly ran into multiple serious issues:

Broken APIs, As a developer, I tested their APIs extensively, and I’d say only about 15% of them actually work. The rest either fail or return errors.

Non-existent Support – I sent over 7–8 emails about these problems and never received a single response.

Impossible to Cancel, When I try to cancel my workspace, clicking “Submit” just triggers an infinite loading loop. Their backend throws errors ("Error list index out of range") and never processes the cancellation.

For anyone considering their subscription: be prepared to face these issues. In the end, the only way I could stop the charges was by cancelling my bank card and getting a new one.
My advice: avoid this service entirely.

Surprisingly I’ve gotten nothing but great customer service. Sia from 500apps has been super helpful. For what they offer and at their price point, you can’t lose. Definitely worth the subscription 🙂

The support staff are very friendly and knowledgeable

I am new to 500apps, however i see a lot of capabilities that i will explore. Sia was wonderful and answered all my queries.

Very knowledgeable support staff with deep understanding of products.

The onboarding was shorter as I hadn't set up a lot of basics on my end, but Miley was courteous, patient when I had technical issues, and helped run me through and understand everything better than I understood before

Customer service was fantastic, very intuitive, and informative.

Contacted CS using the chat box for some pre-purchase questions. If the post-purchase CS is as good as Kristie was, this group has it nailed. She understand and was able to answer my questions on the spot. Going to give this platform a try and will post another review post purchase.

Miley was very helpful and very knowledgeable... I can tell she is very intelligent. Miley was very patient with me.

Great communication. Their support team responded right away and then screen recorded videos over the next 5-10 minutes to give me the exact solutions I needed for one of their products forms.io

i was facing some issue with ninja chat, for it, rincy shared a video, which is really helpfull, thanks to him/her once again.

I was very pleased with the call. She was knowledgeable and patient, and she took the time to address all of my concerns

Milye is very patient is explaining all features of 500apps.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE to their software subscription. Half their apps don't work or are very buggy and they make it impossible to cancel your subscription. They'll still take money out of your account after you try to cancel!
I'm having to cancel it via my bank.
