Henry was very friendly and helpful. He showed me a few different ways to get what I need.

So difficult to cancel account. When I first requested to cancel, I was told that I would get an email in 24-48 hours. The email was to schedule a call to talk me out of canceling. I went to the website and argued with the chat tool who also wanted to schedule a call. I wish that one of the 500 Apps could handle the cancelation of the 500 Apps account.

I had an issue setting up my domain email, and I've been struggling with it for nearly a month. Within the span of the call, we were able to get it set up properly and tested to my satisfaction. Exceptional service.

they sell your phone number to tele marketers, and the $15 price is misleading because you end up paying for everything else separately.

I subscribed then Canceled in the first few days. Three months later and still no cancellation. They wanted me to have a call with them on an international line to cancel a $14.99 subscription. Emailed multiple times on every address possible. Still getting charges.

Thank Rincy and Vivek for the immediate support in my campaign. I thought this was not possible and I am about to give up. But thankful enough to this two great support for teaching me how to do the right settings in my campaign.. God bless.

Terrible experience with this product/company. After they lured you in with the idea of 500apps, they insist on on boarding and they do it but the products do not work and no one answers the support requests sent from the application.
Chat support is available but if there is something they can not resolve they tell you they will get back to you soon but never do.
Do not subscribe until you test the product and support, see if it works for you.
In the CRM.io when you create a Lead/Contact you are forced to enter the email address even though potential customer might not have provided it to you. Other CRMs allow you to enter what information you have available. I suggested this change but they did not care.
