I’ve been scammed. Somehow They took $358 for a 12 month membership which I didn’t approve or I unknowingly approved ? Email said it would be a monthly fee that could be cancelled at any time. I immediately emailed them to cancel my subscription. The site came through Instagram which I stupidly trusted. I’ve tried to email them however, bounces back and says no such email. I feel so stupid. How do I get my money back

This is a SCAM SITE. AVOID! AVOID! The support email does not exist. All AI GENERATED. Once you become a premium member they have your details and you can't resolve. Initially you get a lot of interest but once you try to ask a question from admin/support IT STOPS.
ALSO NOTE fees are weekly and taken all at once for the period you agreed. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Complete scam, all AI bots with the same old questions and no substance

This website is a scam. The profiles are fake and the messages are AI generated. I strongly recommend that you avoid this site. I cancelled my subscription as soon as I realised, but now they are threatening court action to get more money from me. Bring it on!

It definitely appears to be a scam website

My comments echo the negative views expressed by many others. Pretty obvious and highly likely that many users are either AI in 'person', or using AI generated responses. Hopelessly inaccurate interpretations of submitted personality information; for example, I was a 'she' not a 'he'. Didnt take long to decide to leave, and that's where the trickery begins as the company make it as difficult as they possibly can for you to arrange an exit.

This company needs removing immediately. It deserves minus stars.
Firstly they dont do the job, if you get one remotely possible match it would be a miracle. However, the fun starts when you try and canel your subscription. Despite send all requesred info with given cancellation Code, via Recorded Delivery they claim not to have received it. Their aim is to spin things out till the sub renewal date when they will attempt to take the money anyway. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This is a SCAM responses are rom AI or botchat. They have repetative answers that evade answering questions. A week after signing up I wanted to terminate my account. I was told (Via email) I could not terminate via email- it must be a written letter, registered and sent to headqquarters in Austria!!!!
I cannot take down the name on my prooile but I have deleted as much information as I can. I can only hope that by blocking my cr/cd it will not fit the renewal subscription. Please stay away fro this site.

The WORST dating site I ever had the misfortune to sign up to. Worse than PoF in my opinion……at least that was free (or it used to be).
It’s also extremely difficult to avoid automatic membership. You have to read their t’s & c’s like your life depends on it…..maybe even get your own legal adviser to look over them !! They are full of legal jargon, which I think is their way of bamboozling members who may well give up because it’s too confusing.
As I understand their ts & cs, a high percentage of folk who make contact are, so called, ‘animators’ who are there to fool you into a false sense of the site working for you. In fact these people, who bear a wee blue heart on their profile pic, exist to get you talking when you are not getting much contact from anyone else. They are NOT there to actually ‘date’ and you will never be able to meet them.
See under ‘Communication and entertainment guidelines. “ these are real people. However, the user or member is aware that he or she cannot meet the animators in real life. Both users and members can contact the animators at any time either write to them proactively or get contacted by them to communicate with them through the website the user or member is also aware that a contact through the animator informs of a visit may happen in the first days after registration when the contacts could be low. Furthermore, 60s love uses the animators, amongst other things, to check if the users comply with the rules of communication to ensure a high-quality of standard when it comes down to delivering the service of connecting like-minded users or members the animators are marked with a heart ‘
I believe the real reason is that there isn’t anyone else….or only the few numpties like me who signed up in the first place. Your preferences mean absolutely nothing. A lot of the people making contact with me, were 10 years younger or older than my age preference and further away than my distance preference. Or their actual age was at least 5 years different than how it was described in their profile. It felt like a massive CON. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Honestly this is the shittiest. What a have. Do not trust and certainly don't believe the bullshit that's fed to you. Trying to get money out of you so you can read messages and being told it's the only way. You can't message on other platforms. Terrible!

I signed up for a month and they took a years fee without my consent. As others have said you get stock responses and you don't make any progress towards getting a meeting. So it's quite clear that you are talking to an AI bot of some kind. What a rip off

60Slove is a total money making scam. Thank goodness I only signed up for 3 months. All local profiles are fake and answered by animators. This company should be shut down. Shame on them conning people who are looking for love.

Wish I had seen these other reviews before my £254.76 was taken, never to return.
I agree with the points/criticisms made and it all adds up to a total SCAM.

My experience started early July and goes on, don't let it happen to you.

Omg where do I start, a total SCAM. Signed up for 12 months quoted £21.23 per month they took £254.76 from my card. Bombarded with so called local available men that avoided meeting with some questionable excuses. Then received strange questions from some which were repeated numerous times (AI or chatbot) alarm bells started ringing. I have now reported to Action Fraud who have followed up with a phone call and report them to my credit card company who are investigating them and hopefully issue a refund. Credit card company have put a stop to anymore payments. Action Fraud have advised not to bother contacting them to cancel my subscription. All I need to do now is delete my profile which I'm finding impossible to do as I can't find an option on the website to do so. STAY WELL CLEAR.

I wish I’d found this review first…feel pretty stupid to be fair…. as so many have said… total scam… no real matches… the questions from ‘ ladies’ are at best vague.. also messages come in the middle of the night!

I can only agree with other reviewers that this site is a complete scam. I suspect the ladies with who you think your're corresponding are fake - they ignore your questions or simply give a vague response, and they will never agree to a date. The site Ts & Cs state they use 'animateurs' to facilitate conversations, but I suspect they simply pose as other site 'members', and these members are fictitious. As an example, I asked a lady who claimed to live in the middle of Southampton (unlikely in itself), and enjoyed the 'vibes' there, what she thought of a fictitious venue which I made up, and she responded that it was her favourite and she'd seen loads of productions there!
This site is unethical and fraudulent. I've reported it to the the Police Action Fraud line and the UK Government National Cyber Security Centre but I suspect they will be unable to take any action as the site is based in Austria. Avoid it at all costs - even if you pay via credit card, you might not get a refund.

Hi, keep away from this scam, they match you up and then after some messaging, all attempts to meet are met with similar lame excuses, also the so called customer support do not reply to messages

Please be warned this is a scam the sent me fake account of good looking people but it’s all fake luckily my son stopped me before I put in my bank details.

Please stay safe it’s so easy to get caught when your desperate.

What a scam. Most of the so called ‘attractive’ local people are in fact what 60slove call (in their Terms and Conditions) Animators. You cannot meet these people (if in fact they are real people) and they are there to ‘encourage you’. A lot of AI and Chat Bot generated messages. And, you have to write to Austria to cancel your subscription (4 weeks notice needed) otherwise you’re in the auto-renewal cycle. I’ve just done that and sent it Recorded Delivery. I’ve also reported the site as a scam to UK Authority. Steer we’ll clear.
