We have used A1 several times now, their service is always fantastic and they act quickly once a ticket is raised. Yesterday after speaking with Lewis about the job, I raised a ticket and Ed picked up the ticket within seconds and got to work updating the engine ECU software on a Hyundai i20 to combat an intermittent misfire issue following a TSB. He quickly confirmed the update was relevant to the issue our customer was having and the job was completed very quickly. We recently purchased the A1 remote interface which does make it quicker and easier as well as a bit cheaper than using other branded interfaces. The A1 team are highly valued by us and offer a great service with fantastic, friendly communication.

Excellent service from A1 Remote Diagnostics. We had a difficult diagnostic issue with a Mazda CX-5 that we had spent a considerable amount of time investigating. A1 connected remotely, worked through the problem methodically and helped us get the vehicle completely sorted.

Had a problem with a 2011 Mercedes after flashing ecu and it losing some coding. After trying to resurrect it with autel I hit a dead end, using remote support through Autel and a few initial problems with connection, dealing with Lewis at A1 has been fantastic. Professional, patient, knowledgeable and great communications from him. Glad to say the car is now up and running again, thank you so much for your help with this, I would recommend them to anyone as they really know their stuff.
