My son walked in..with every intention of buying a car…just not ANY car.
Asked to test drive a Fiesta (12:30 6.4.26 if anyone cares to check who was working that day) only to be told ,’unless you are buying it now…you can only test drive it if you intend to buy it!!!!

Extremely rude. Clearly either not his garage or didn’t want to be working on a sunny bank holiday.

The car was absolutely perfect with no flaws at all! The whole process was really fast and straightforward, and Paul was lovely when handing over the car really helpful and made everything so easy. Couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Highly recommended , had car in to get fixed after having it under warranty fixed it within few days .

Great garage no pressure just good solid advice

This garage will not do a good job if… more likely when your car needs a problem fixing under their so called warranty! We bought a VW Golf Nov 2023, 3 months later the timing chain needed to be changed…. We were told that the car was too old 2012 to cover the timing chain even though this was not mentioned in the warranty…. After heated phone calls and going down there they said they would ‘sort it’ we also had to pay towards the cost of the work… still to this day pretty sure they must have used really poor quality parts or bodged it as a year later the timing chain has gone again. We rang Paul up to find out if it actually was replaced but he told us that the garage they used has gone bust! Do not buy a car from this garage!

Bought a 2017 Nissan Duke on 20th January last year car broke down in April went to garage who fixed problem (so I thought) needed new battery in July plus more work done then beginning January this year car would not start at all.Car got towed to Nissan garage who had to get in touch with Nissan support for help they informed me they could try one thing if this doesn't work probably needs new engine. I have extended warranty on car but they said will only pay for work carried out if it fixes car but garage have said no guarantee. I have contacted garage to be fobbed off situation at this moment is car stuck in garage unable to start so I have lost £10,000 I paid for car and am looking for a little runaround as I need a car for work.The car when bought only had 26,000 miles on and has not done 1000 miles in the time I have had car.

Bought a car from AAA which turned out to have electrical problem. Got in touch with Paul as car wouldn't start and stuck in my garage. The after sales service was superb with Paul even coming to our house to get the car going so I could take it back to AAA so they could check it out. I had taken out the premium warranty and Paul handled the whole process for me even booking the car into auto electrics garage who sorted the problem out. I didn't have to worry about a thing as Paul sorted everything including the warranty claim. Certainly would recommend buying cars from AAA car sales. Thanks Paul

Asked to return car under warranty, it’s taken me 2 months of lies, intimidation and poor customer service to do this and I’ve had to take hundreds of pounds loss, for my own health to finalise this.
I would avoid this place if your ready this.
I question the legitimate nature of this company. Their address here is actually incorrect.

Communication with them is always clear and transparent. I like the way they treated us especially on bank holiday they helped me a-lot for buying my new car, i am not a car person however they gave every information and everything was so easy paperwork and all stuff was quick, i strongly recommend them just visit once for stress less buying.

Very helpful, booked in a time for viewing that worked for me, and made sure I understood everything there was to know with the car and warranty before leaving the dealership, was even patient enough to put up with me while I nitpicked about the car, but couldn't recommend more, would give 6 stars if I could. Best dealer experience I've had yet.

Bought car from here issues with no power no after care even tho still under warranty result is a car is classed as dangerous to drive surely you have a duty of care ?? Have contacted you many times with no reply off to trading standards n solicitors

First time using AAA Car Sale & certainly won't be the last. I found the car I liked on their website and rang Paul to request a brief video of the car to see if it was worth travelling for. This was sent over straight away and it looked perfect! We travelled to view the car a few days later & I couldn't believe the condition. The interior was IMMACULATE even before it was valeted. I fell in love with the car instantly. The sale from start to finish was a walk in the park! There was no pressure whatsoever which was surprising as we all know what most car salesmen are like! Paul talked me through the whole process making sure all questions were answered and I wasn't missing any details. He was exceptionally friendly and very professional from start to finish. I picked the car up today and Its honestly everything I hoped for. I can't recommend these highly enough! Thank you for such a pleasant sale! Will 100% be back in the future.

My wife and I recently purchased a Suzuki Vitara from these guys and I can truly say what a garage, from the moment I spoke to Paul the sales manager on the phone the process was simple, we visited the showroom and meet Paul who showed us the car. It was immaculate, we test drove the car and left a deposit. Paul gave us no sales patter just advised us on financing options. We collected the day the next day.
