Abbey Windows Reviews

We replaced all our upstairs windows and then had our French windows replaced. The Company was great to deal with from Sales through to Back Office - the installers were great and very knowledgeable - thanks to Rob for the last job.

The original installation was OK, BUT the trim surrounding our charcoal coloured aluminium windows was plastic and white! The installer then sprayed it the correct colour before fitting however the paint he used has now degraded and he finished up his spray can by spraying it all over the sills too. The trims have now turned white and our sills and frames are covered in what is now a white overspray and so look awful. I have sent pictures to Abbey several times, but they are now ghosting me and doing nothing to resolve the issue. I wish I could publish the photo's so that others could see what we are left with. Again, more promises to resolve, send someone to help and yet no-one arrives and no calling back. IMG_6109.jpeg

From the first phone call booking an appointment with Kevin, who measured up, advised and quoted, to the installers Oli & Ellis and the quality of the windows - we have nothing but praise. Thank you for an excellent service. It’s also great that when you phone Abbey Windows you immediately get put through to speak to helpful people!! No bots or lengthy waits.

Rob arrived early to fit our new kitchen door and window. He was friendly, worked very efficiently and didn't leave any mess. He also saved us some money by not installing new support that we didn't need.
The whole process with Abbey Windows has been very pleasant and we wouldn't hesitate using them again.

Communicative and friendly team with a no-push approach to helping you outfit your home. The entire experience was very pleasant and without the regular haggling exercise you might ordinarily expect. Looking forward to the next time I get to use them!

Our window fitter Rob arrived nice and early and got on with the job straight away. He was tidy and methodical, and really took pride in his work.
Really pleased with our lovely new patio door.
Will definitely use Abbey Windows again.

Customer service is brilliant helpful and kind. From beginning to end have been thoroughly satisfied with the service and the fitters could not have been more polite and helpful so all in all great service from everyone.

Abbey Windows replaced a blown unit in one of my windows. Even though it was just a small job the whole team were helpful, responsive, and friendly. Would definitely hire them again.

Very pleased with our new door and the service Abbey Windows provided.

Very pleased with Abbey - windows look great, well priced, and the installation was very quick and painless.

I compared three companies but ultimately chose Abbey Windows. Neil provided me with the most ideal solution-his design approach was very flexible, not only offering an excellent plan but also saving me a significant amount of money. Throughout the entire process, their service was extremely attentive, and the time from order to installation was impressively short. I’m very satisfied with their products and installation service. I highly recommend Abbey Windows!

We've used Abbey Windows multiple times now to upgrade the doors and windows in our house. They have a great range of products and everyone who we've talked to from sales to finance is lovely and approachable. One of the things I appreciate most is that their sales team have never tried a hard sell. Would highly recommend!

Very efficient, polite and informative. all work completed to a high (ans very clean) standard.

Excellent replacement door. Great quality and expertly fitted by Rob. He’s a very neat worker and left no mess. Very pleased with Abbey from start to finish and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great after sales service - to adjust a window that was sticking.
The problem was quickly resolved by an experienced service engineer.
I found the service team to be responsive, helpful, good communications and the engineer very polite, helpful and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They installed a conservatory and replacement windows a year ago and I’m delighted with the result and the after sales service.

What made my experience very good they kept me in touch was happening and on the morning of the renewal a gentleman come round was called Ron came in and replaced the door and magic. Very good job. I’m very impressed.

Recently had a new front door installed with Abbey. The team were lovely from initial visit, showing us product options and visiting the showroom to pick colours. The installation was quick and easy, our installer T was friendly and professional. Cleaned up everything after and had great attention to detail.

After Everest went into administration just days before our installation was due, we were understandably hesitant and suspicious of every window company. Luckily, we found Abbey Windows. We're very happy with the quality of the windows and doors (7 in total), and Peter did an excellent job with the installation. The admin team was also quick and helpful throughout. The insurance-backed guarantee provides peace of mind. A five-star experience at every stage.

The work done by Abbey Windows was very professional and the materials are high quality. I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend them strongly as a professional company that does high quality work.
