Abbey Windows Reviews

We had Abbey windows remove our old tiles and replace with cladding. The result is excellent.
The fitters Jack and Rob did a super job arrived as promised and completed in the agreed timescale. Definitely would recommend this company

Abbey windows did an excellent job fitting our new windows and patio door.

Peter came on day one and was friendly, efficient and worked very hard as he was on his own in bitterly cold conditions.

Unfortunately Peter was unwell the next day and Abbey speedily arranged for another team to come a day later to complete the job
.. Rob & Jack took over from where Peter had left off they were also very friendly and efficient (they are partial to chocolate Swiss roll with their coffee’s 🤣).

All of the fitters were mindful of keeping everything as clean and tidy as they could using dust sheets / hoover.

They were also very “covid” aware regularly using anti bac to keep everyone safe.

I would definitely recommend Abbey Windows.

Despite a rocky start with the installation of our windows, we then had Rob and Jack out to sort the issues, and they did a fab job. Lovely guys who are experienced and take real pride in their work. Thanks both!

I don’t normally write reviews but after the outstanding service I received from Abbey Windows I felt I had to, from start to finish this company we’re out standing from the salesmen (Rob) coming to my property to the installers (sorry can’t remember there names) this company’s communication was excellent they walked me through every step of the process I have already recommended them to my neighbors I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wanted windows.

We used Abbey Windows for the first time recently following a strong recommendation from one of our neighbours and after much due diligence with other window companies in the area. We were very impressed throughout the entire journey, from the very first contact with the sales team, to the onsite surveyor providing us with options and considerations based on their expertise, through to the actual window fitters who showed their skill and craftsmanship with a very high-quality installation. All members of the team we dealt with were very friendly and professional and clearly very proud of their work and the company they represent. It’s been so refreshing to receive a quality service without any hassle and one which we’ve felt has represented good value for money. This was a significant investment for us, so we had to ensure we found a company who we could trust to deliver a quality product and service. We have to say, Abbey Windows truly delivered, and now other neighbours are asking who installed our new windows !

New front door and cladding. Delighted with the front door. Excellent quality and fitted by craftsmen. I have decided to use Abbey Windows to replace my conservatory roof on the strength of this.

We are really pleased with our new front door. Chris who installed it was brilliant and left us cleaner than when he came. The showroom was a real help when deciding what we wanted. It was a really big purchase for us and we were taken care of from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Just had a recent installation from Abbey Windows for my windows and doors. Great experience, no hard sale, decent price, good communication and customer service. Creditable local company that I would be happy to use again for my next project.

I've waited to post a review after having my windows, doors, soffits and cladding fitted last year to see if there are any durability issues and I'm pleased to say all is great so far - the house is certainly a lot warmer during the cold. I was very impressed with all the team (Neil, Elaine, Gary, Christian (+1 sorry). Despite a few initial minor fitting issues all was promptly rectified. In summary - great quality at a competitive price with fast and professional fitment. Neil was polite and prompt in answering any questions. I can recommend Abbey Windows.

Absolutely super service, Rob and Jack are brilliant craftsmen, not only do our new windows look amazing they are now safe, will definitely be recommending Abbey Windows to our family and friends. Thank you.

Rob and Jack installed all new windows on the ground floor. They were friendly, professional, and worked quickly (got the job done a day early!) Cleaned up after themselves and were a delight to have. Would highly recommend them and Abbey.

From a very bad experience of unprofessional workmanship and substandard merchandise from a window company we was having to find another company to replace the substandard windows and door that had been installed. Well we cannot sing their praises enough, what a little gem of a company within our area, Abbeywindowsanddoors.com top quality merchandise as well as workmanship from start to finish. They had extra work involved rectifying the past windows company shoddy workmanship and managed to achieve successfully a first class service with a smile, nothing was to much trouble for them, which we greatly appreciated, we are over the moon with our new windows and doors. We can highly recommend Abbey windows 100% A personal thank you to Neil and James the work team who fitted our windows and doors, brilliant work, well done. Great job, thank you.

Excellent service. Very professional and friendly.

Thank you Neil for your help.

Usual efficient service from Abbey Windows. Rob and Jack arrived on schedule, worked very hard and had our new French Door installed in no time at all. They left the area clean and tidy and we are very pleased with a first class job.

Absolutely brilliant service from the team Rob and Jack with Dean joining them on the last day to ensure timescale met.
Very professional job completed on all windows and doors fitted. Job completed to a very high standard, tidy and all cleared up after themselves.
Would highly recommend Abbey Windows for there great customer service.

Jobs started Oct to be completed by December.. 3 attempts to fix a leaky roof.. still awaiting job to be finished... small conservatory’s to be built. Wall & glass sides.. should of been straight forward. Lack of communication. May have said Xmas 2021.... poor customer service. Please note none of the issues is COVID related

After using others companies from outside the area in the past, I tried abbey windows as it was local but unfortunately didn't work out well.

To many people involved in the process, people chacing payment after i have called to pay and finally finish not great with some damaged to wall and tiles left.

Did report it and was told someone will come and check but they cancelled last minute!

In all not great!

Excellent service, Rob and Jaz completed an outstanding job and they left the premises clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend them if you are thinking of having your windows installed.

We just had Rob and Jack install 4 windows and a sliding door. They did an excellent job. Very efficient, polite and tidy. Highly recommend!

Rob and Jack did a marvellous job. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Thanks so much.
