Honesty Integrity and Timely a great Team…

I needed an older central Hob extractor fan replacing, the model number did not allow for easy identification, ABC Maintenance helped with measurements, identification and shared best options with me all in the same morning. The Extractor fan has been ordered and this two man job been planned for next week. The Manager was one of the most trustworthy and honest tradesman I have ever worked with.

Great job on an electric grill repair

I recently had the grill repaired in my electric double-oven. The company were very efficient in calling me back after I made an enquiry on their website. They were able to come within a couple of days, and when a part needed to be ordered it was done right away and the repair re-booked as soon as it arrived. The repairers were polite and efficient, and the pricing was reasonable.

Fantastic Service

I called the company at 10am and by 1pm, Dimitar was in my flat to fix the washing machine and dishwasher. He was efficient and friendly. Diagnosed the issue within seconds and sorted it out. Same with the dishwasher. All done and fixed within 30 mins. Considering it’s the day before the Jubilee weekend, I’m super impressed with the company and Dimitar. Very reliable and trustworthy and reasonable pricing. And it’s nice to work with an ethical organisations that solved the issue and didn’t try to drag it out to make more money. Highly recommend the company. Will definitely use again if needed. And if you get Dimitar, you know you will be well looked after.

Great maintenance service!

Trian delivered excellent service, he was efficient, timely and professional - replacing the washing machine rubber with a brand new one (which is a lot more technical than you think). The end to end service from ABC Maintenance London was smooth and seamless and would definitely recommend!

Do not throw money down the drain with ABC Maintenance London Ltd.

Late last year my washing machine and microwave needed to be repaired. ABC Maintenance sent an engineer who had no regard for one's property.

1) Despite having warned the engineer, he failed to follow instructions to refrain from putting anything that could scratch wooden floor. At one point i had to move his workbench from our wooden floor (Note: his workbench did not have rubber fitting on a two of its legs), meaning that there was high risk of scratching our wooden floor.

2) Despite having a no shoe policy in our property, he ignored this and wore shoes without covering throughout the property.

3) The engineer clearly had a mask but did not wear it properly whilst on site. This was extremely upsetting for my partner.

4) He clearly did not have the appropriate tools as he struggled for an extended period of time to simply pull out/put back the washing machine. I personally put the machine back for him in matter 3 min after he had struggled for 30+ min.

5) The engineer failed to look carefully on microwave and locate the product label. The label is clearly fitted at the from of microwave door. (Note the product details are key to finding the right repair part).

6) I then informed the Service Manager, Jordan Kalenitzov and Head of Accounts and Senior Service Manager, Kristina Mincheva about these issues. Despite the failure to record the details of the microwave and carryout a basic diagnostic, I was invoiced.

7) I was then asked by Jordan Kalenitzov to look for the product information myself even though I had paid for their services.

8) When I emailed Jordan Kalenitzov and Kristina Mincheva and raised these points and the fact that a proper diagnostic had not been carried out, they ignored my communications.

I would not recommend ABC Maintenance. Any customer that does not want to be dealing with unprofessional (what I call Mickey mouse companies) and throw money down the drain - should stay clear of ABC Maintenance London Ltd.

I am very pleased with the service I received from ABC maintenance. Dimitar came around to fix my oven, he was very polite and very professional, he found the problem immediately and was able to fix it, he did such a quick and perfect job. I definitely recommande using their services.

Very poor customer service.

Very poor customer service.
I was recommended this company.

It’s the second time I have had poor service from this company. There won’t be a third.

When I first called I was told that they don’t fix washing machines! I called back as I knew that they did.

I had arranged an appointment to get a washing machine fixed. I asked if the plumber could look at my dishwasher while they were here.
They offered me a discount for two appliances , but I was still confused as why I was being charged £48 for another call out?

When amicably I queried being charged for “two call outs” for one visit, the manager accusing me of not wanting to pay, cancelled my visit and put the phone down on me!

I lost a days pay and still have two broken appliances.

Thank you for your reply ABC Maintenance.

Your reply demonstrates that your customer service is indeed very poor because you do not understand the number one rule of customer service- the customer is always right!

A “ call out” means that you call someone out ONCE to repair something.

Therefore I was simply asking you why you charge people for a call out fee on each appliance as well as the repair fee when the technician is already at the house? You are the only company I know that does this.

As a customer, my question was fair and reasonable.

As as manager, your reply and action was not.

Dear Mrs Carryl, we are a small independent company and we do our best to provide exceptional customer service and unproblematic repairs to our customers. And our success rate is pretty good: we have more than 190 genuine 5 star reviews on Google, loads of returning customers, and many recommendations. However, when we are faced with a case like yours, we have no other option but to defend our dignity, and not to be blackmailed. I will reply to your statements one by one:

1. On 09.02.22 you called our company for the first time. You have never used our services before, so there is no way for this to be the second time that you have received a bad service from our company. Frankly, if I receive a bad service from a company, I would never use them again.

2. Secondly, you called requesting a plumber (not to get your washing machine fixed) and we do not provide plumbing services. Appliance installation and repair is in what we specialise in. There is a difference between the two, and when you called the first time you asked for a plumber. Of course it was said to you that we could not help you. It is obvious that you still do not get the difference: " I asked if the plumber could look at my dishwasher while they were here." Appliance engineer is not equal to a plumber.

2. It is true that finally, after the second call, you managed to arrange a visit for your washing machine to get fixed. You were booked for 09.02.22 the very next day, which is exceptionally quick I believe.

3. It is true that you've called the office again, shortly before the visit, and asked if we could check your dishwasher as well. Our service manager tried to explain to you (for more than 10min, I was present when this happened) that we do not have a call out charge, but we charge per appliance (our pricing policy is simple and there are no hidden charges as you can see from our website.) and if you like another appliance to be checked there will be additional diagnostics charge of £40+VAT. However, as there are two appliances on the same address we apply our second appliance discount of £10+VAT. If you have 10 appliances at the same property you cannot expect them all to be checked for £40+VAT. I believe this is common sense and a fair policy to charge per diagnostics, per unit, but not per call out. After our service manager tried to explain unsuccessfully our pricing to you and you refused to accept it, we decided that it is highly probable that you will not pay for the service at all and he said to you that we can cancel the appointment or take a payment in advance for the visit. I have to stress that we've tried to explain our pricing policy to you for more than 10 minutes. Finally, you wanted to speak to a manager. I, who is writing the reply at the very moment, overheard the whole conversation, before our service manager transferred the call to me. My name is Ivan Ikonomov and I am the director and one of the owners of the company, which is built with hard work and a lot of effort, it has had its ups and downs, we have survived Brexit and Covid, mostly because of our strong relationship with our customers and the quality of the service we provide. We are doing our best to provide exceptional service at an affordable price. One of our major values, on which the company is built, is honesty. But, also, to respect one another and when someone tries to profit just because they are a customer and try to blackmail a company, we will not allow that! And I think this is exactly the case, because when our service manager transferred the call to me, and I kindly asked you "How can I help?" you just replied if the engineer could call before attending your address. When I told you that I believed the issue was about the second diagnostics charge, your reply was negative. As the issue with the service manager was exactly in relation to the “double call out fee”, it became clear to me that there is something wrong going on and I repeated the words of our service manager that you will have to pay in advance or we will cancel the visit. When you started blackmailing me, and my company, I put the phone down after telling you the following: “Apparently we cannot understand each other and this is not a good base of doing business and someone will not be satisfied in the end, and that's why it would be best to part ways.”

Finally, yes I hang up, and in this case I am confident that I did the right thing. Every person has at least some dignity. You have failed to show any to the personnel, to the company that I direct, to me. In order to save £30 pounds, which we rightfully asked to be paid.

Excellent service.

I needed my mother’s fridge/ freezer repaired. This company was recommended by another appliance repair company that has received excellent reviews. However, I was concerned that any repair might be expensive or worse that the appliance could not be repaired.
I should not have worried. The engineer was punctual, efficient and repaired the appliance without any fuss. Excellent service.

Excellet Company - Very Helpful

ABC Maintenance are a great company to deal with. After being treated awfully by another repairs company I found ABC Maintenance online, this was the best thing I did. Every person I have spoken to have been friendly and helpful.
I would like to provide feedback from the visit we received today - Dimitor the engineer was professional and knowledgeable of the items and how they operate, thank you for his great service.

Best Maintenance Service

I am extremely happy with my experience with ABC maintenance. Their customer service was always attentive and quick to answer any queries I had.

Yaro was very polite, kind and efficient worker. He was able solve my broken oven issue and install a new one very quickly!

I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
