Delivery partner issue..no updates worst of all..if u don't want your parcel I cab try abc

I had booked a normal cargo with ABC cargo and courier company via Al Barsha branch on 11th Jan., 2026 to be sent to India. I paid AED 259 as cargo for approximately AED2500 worth of goods packed which included food items including:
Chocolates, talcum powder sealed boxes, dry fruits packed in 7 glass jars, dates, dry fruits packets sealed, olive oil bottles, edible olive bottles, educational books, clothes, few utensils, coffee powder bottle, a brand new Bosch coffee grinder, cheese boxes, etc.

The cargo reached destination port on 22nd Jan., 2026 and it was waiting for clearance since 23rd Jan., 2026 and finally cleared on 13th March, 2026.

The package was delivered on 20th March, 2026 to my senior citizen 70 years old mom and it was in the worst condition ever seen.
-The whole carton was fully wet and soggy
- The talcum powder container was smashed open and the powder all over the items including the food items
- My educational books all soaked and can't be used now
- Clothes soggy
- All 7 glass jars filled with dried fruits were broken and glass pieces mixed with food items
-The steel items are smashed beyond fixing

The whole cargo items cannot be used now as there are glass pieces mixed in the food items that were packed in the glass jars combined with the talcum powder and have to be discarded. Also the books I sent were of educational and sentimental value which cannot be used now. Also now my old mom has to clean up the mess by picking the glass pieces and cleaning the talcum powder fallen on the floor thanks to ABC Cargo companies incompetence and negligence causing my mom unnecessary stress.

Also I was informed by the ABC staff that the cargo would reach final destination in 45 days, however the package was received in 68 days.

It's the first time I sent with ABC cargo and obviously the last. I would rather spend a few extra dirhams per kg. and have peace of mind.

I had one of the worst experiences with ABC Cargo Services at Mazyad Mall, Abu Dhabi.

I purchased household items worth AED 13,000, and they charged me AED 9,100 for sea cargo—an extremely high and unreasonable amount. What’s more concerning is that they did not provide any quotation or pre-invoice before collecting the items. Only after taking possession of my goods did they send an inflated invoice.

One of their staff members, Irshad, behaved in a very unprofessional and dishonest manner. My items were held unnecessarily, causing delays and additional stress, and I was forced into paying excessive charges.

Despite heavily promoting their services through social media influencers, the actual service is highly misleading, unprofessional, and disappointing.

PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE ABC CARGO.
If you value your shipment and peace of mind, stay away. This is one of the worst cargo service experiences I’ve had in Abu Dhabi.

One of the worse cargo service in UAE is ABC Cargo. I shifted from UAE to India and booked cargo services with ABC Cargo. I got my items 80% damaged. ABC Cargo is not responding on WhatsApp as well on call.
My many of the household items were missed.
I am quite disappointed.

The shipment was done from abc nakheel center branch deira dubai on 25-11-2025 and today it is 14-3-2026. When these people take the shipment, they say 45 days. If the shipment is not received, they say 45 working days. But it has been 110 days since my shipment. Please give me the number of the responsible person. I remembered a saying about your company 'Uchi Dukan Phikke Pakwan. The name of abc cargo is big and see how wonderful the service is. Thanks abc dubai

Pathetic and no response ever
I had my cargo stuck for three months. The support was very bad. When they actually responded they did pathetic service. Do not trust them.

Took express cargo but received goods after 2 months also many fragile items broken the cargo handled poorly

Very Poor Experience – Not Recommended
Please do not use this company under any circumstances. We had a very bad experience with ABC Cargo.
I sent an air cargo shipment from Ras Al Khaimah to Budva, Montenegro. The cargo was collected on 26 January 2026, and as of 20 February 2026, it has still not been delivered.
There has been extremely poor coordination from ABC Cargo staff. They showed very poor knowledge about the destination customs formalities. From our discussions, we understood that we had to handle all customs responsibilities ourselves, as they did not even have proper contact details for their destination agent.
Additionally, the pricing kept changing multiple times. There was no clear or transparent communication regarding charges, and we were concerned about additional costs at the time of delivery.
If anyone plans to use their services, I strongly recommend:
Get all terms and pricing in writing with proper signatures.
Clearly confirm that there will be no extra charges at delivery.
Ensure they take full responsibility for customs documentation and clearance.
Release payment only after proper delivery confirmation.
Overall, it was a very frustrating experience. I would give zero stars if that were possible.

Extremely poor service, especially for shipments to India. ABC Cargo is highly irresponsible and completely unreliable. My parcel was badly delayed with no proper updates, no accountability, and no customer support. If you are sending cargo to India, avoid this company at all costs.

I have shipped 30k mainly clothes and 2 200ml Reef perfumes, they collected from my hotel in Dubai, their courier came and collected his name was Anand. The shipment was from Dubai to London. On the 16/01/26.
The Package was delivered 4 days later fully sealed, when we opened, the 2 reef perfumes and 2 2 ladies suits were missing. When I contacted them through email and WhatsApp, they said we will investigate but the outcome wasn’t good, they keep lying covering their staff and company. I kept making more complaints. For at least 1 week. Then start ignoring my email and WhatsApp messages.
The staff are thieves. I will not recommend at all. They are scum.

I shipped an air fryer from the UK to India using ABC Cargo. The item was bubble-wrapped and handed over in good condition. ABC Cargo provided the outer packing.
On delivery, the shipment arrived severely damaged. The outer box supplied by ABC Cargo was torn and crushed, and the retail box inside was punctured.
Most concerning was that the outer package showed a clear shoe-sole imprint / footprint-type impact mark, visible through the layers of wrapping, indicating forceful contact occurred before or during handling, not normal stacking pressure.
As a result, the air fryer inside was damaged and unusable, with internal components exposed.
This experience shows poor handling standards and inadequate protection for electronic items. I would strongly advise caution when using ABC Cargo for fragile or electrical shipments.

The packing was not proper, they said that there would be no damage but on receiving items , so many items were damaged , plates , glasses , baskets , storage boxes and mainly microwave, however when I raised a complaint for compensation over mail, they responded that they will look into the issue ,I followed on same mail for multiple times and it took them 3 months to answer that my claim is rejected . Very bad service with no proper agreement and paperwork’s , never use this service ever ever again

I had sent a shipment from Dubai to USA. The packing was bad as they did not wrap the bed linen or clothes in any protective covers. We had to wash all the linen as it was exposed.
They also did not make a list of items as promised, neither did we as we thought they would do it and we could do so alongside. But neither did they do, nor could we do it as packing was hurried.
I would think twice before hiring them again for another job.

I had very bad experience with ABC cargo service. In my parcel everything is messed up and broken. I never ever want to use ABC cargo service again.

Worst service. No one is ready to reply. Everyone blames the other department. When I call the office in Nakheel from where I have booked they ask me to call the escalations team. Escalations team don't reply and when my brother contacted them they said we will call the Indian registered number on whose name the parcel is. But they never call. Now they have stopped taking calls also. I did my parcel on Nov 13 2025 with their promise of 20/25 working days delivery . Today is January 10 ' 2026 and still they are saying it will take more time with no proper verification as to where my parcel is. Very very very poor service. Never in my life again will i trust ABC cargo service for my cargo

Worth cargo I was sending my cargo 4th of November still not reached on my location and the staff also not cooperate i don’t know what they are doing with my items it’s lost or what they said they will deliver like 20 to 25 days but now almost 2 month still my cargo is not reached on my location

I dropped my parcel 27/11 Thursday and I have been told they will send Friday or Saturday but they don’t they did they are available 24/7 online they don’t all rubbish talk I called them on Monday there said can u send me sender details which is I already send and payment on the spot and after they keep txt for payment and sender and receiver details for what I don’t no from yesterday I tried contact them but no response and today one person said it’s going now for clearance one person said it’s in Delhi and one person on the phone said it’s in warehouse I found so he send now and than u can track but I track it’s same in booking place now and on WhatsApp chat everyone talks different I request them if parcel there and send me photo so one guys said I request for photo so I don’t no where he requested for photo coz it’s same company tham I thought he requested in clearance department or Delhi or in warehouse so take times lol but this guys are just like scammers no proper response after take money it’s been 7 days today but no clue where is parcel so now only one option to go there if no right information than take whatever is there and create nosing there then this people understand how to deal business as professional way coz they don’t care

Its been a month and they have lost my bag and blamed it on me for some reason! Do not trust these people especially a girl named aishwarya! Im so pissed at this services. Everything I try to call them, they dont respond and I've had no update of my missing bag. Do not trust a word that comes out of their mouth.
