Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. When ordering blinds for my new build home, I was told delivery would be 3–4 weeks and that one fabric was out of stock. I specifically asked whether this would delay the rest of the order and was assured it would not. However, the entire order was held up until the out-of-stock blind could be manufactured.
Communication throughout was poor, with no updates provided on the status of my order. When I attempted to cancel part of the order due to the delays and lack of progress as I’d been advised that some of the blinds hadn’t been manufactured yet, I was told this wasn’t possible. I was informed later that same day that the blinds were arriving at the store the next day. Overall, misleading information, poor communication, and a frustrating customer experience.

I'm really pleased with my new blinds
I'm really pleased with my new blinds. The whole process from my initial phone call to the blinds being fitted was really easy. The inital visit to measure up was great, helped me choose the type of blinds which would be best for me. The fitting of the blinds was quick and no mess taking the old ones down and putting the new ones up.

Moving to a new build and wanted to order blinds. Visited the showroom prior and called in regards an appointment. Called a spoke with a very rude and unprofessional lady who said her name was Lesley whose was rude and will go elsewhere

Good price & excellent service provided
Got a very reasonable quote which was valid for 3 months. Installation went smoothly & did not take very long for fitter to put up 6 blinds. Very happy with service. Happy to recommend this company.

Excellent products
I was really happy with the wooden blinds I ordered for my bedroom so had no hesitation to arrange further blinds for 2 large dining room windows, opted for the darker wood which is beautiful, also so happy with the perfect fit blind on the hallway window, matched my woodwork perfectly, plenty samples provided to choose from. Definitely recommend this company for professionalism and quality goods

Although more expensive than doing it…
Although more expensive than doing it yourself, I loved the hands off experience. A quick measure and it was pretty much done.
The measuring appointment was fast, but I was able to ask lots of questions and they have a an abundance of choice which is amazing.
The fitting of the blinds was so fast but it took so much pressure off trying to get it right. The fitters done a great job and I absolutely love my blinds.
Great experience, great choice, no pressure, no stress and an absolutely fabulous finish.
It may be more expensive but it was well worth it
