Sent a defective item - they did not replace.
I love the everyday pleated trousers from them, so I ordered 3 pairs. However, one of the pairs were very defective. I contacted support immediately and they said they would ship me a new replacement pair. After multiple follow ups, they kept saying they will send it, but never did. After more follow ups, they stopped answering. I like the items, but horrible customer service. I basically am out of $180.

I bought a denim jacket and unfortunately a stud button came off after only a day. I contacted customer services and dealt with Sara. She was brilliant. I arranged for a return and received a new jacket before I had even repacked the original. Thank you for making the experience painless.

She showed real empathy and understanding toward my situation when Evri kept mishandling my parcel, and she approached everything with patience and care.

Bought a tshirt in the sale and received an email to say they were unable to send as the item had been oversold. Instead of just refunding the sale price, they have given me a voucher for the non sale price to purchase another item as an alternative

Lovely clothing. Both the T shirt and the Hoodie I've purchased are really good quality and fit nicely. My experience of the customer support was excellent. I had a slight issue when ordering, but that was quickly resolved by Sara. Would definitely order again. Looking forward to seeing future releases!

Excellent customer service, responded quickly and dealt with the issue I had whereby the trouser pockets had a fault. A new pair were sent out promptly and I was kept updated throughout.

I had some slight issues with the order (nothing wrong with the product), and had to contact the business to have this dealt with. I spoke to Sara who was brilliant, she sorted out the problem and provided me with constant updates throughout. Really great level of service and I now have the product and couldn’t be happier!
