John was punctual, courteous and easy to communicate with. He did a good job in the 3 hours I hired him for. He did whatever I requested given the time available. I would certainly get him again.

Absolute Domestics are friendly, professional and easy to deal with. I am a cleaner who has a few years with dealing with them. I have consistently found them to be great communicators, fair, respectful, and prompt with payments. The agency fees they charge their clients are reasonably and competitively priced; and the $2 insurance you pay as a cleaner is fair and gives peace of mind to both the cleaner and the client. I highly recommend them to both cleaners looking for extra clients, and to anyone who needs a cleaner to help alleviate the pressure many people feel when they need help, and are unable to clean their home themselves.

Wouldn't recommend this company I worked for them few years ago they are rude nasty and wouldn't give me a time of day ! They treat people like shit they treated me like a criminal I tried to rejoin back in the crew to start back at work they shut me down then I called back to ask why they put my number on a block to a voicemail they are disrespectful and disgusting.

Suchita was amazing, she communicated with me every step of the way. She reached out to me to confirm the day and time I had asked for and even confirmed the night beforehand of her booking with me. She arrived on time and listened to what I had asked for which was a full clean and completed the work very thoroughly. She completed the work in the time frame she quoted me and I have gone on to book her for fortnightly cleaning.

Absolute Domestics is a great company to work with, they provide easy to use apps for both the client/ work side of things and the payment process.
You don't have to advertise, pay additional insurance and there is always plenty of work.
You can chose your clients based on distance or locality, based on timeframe , hours or day of the week, do one off cleans or have regulars.
They provide a great supportive environment aswell, with team members and leaders that respond quickly to enquiries, problems or when you need help.
It's a great blend of working for yourself and working with a large professional company.

We have used Absolute Domestics on and off over many years. Atiya is our current cleaner and she does a terrific job. She communicates well, is always on time and is intuitive in her cleaning process. I thoroughly recommend Absolute Domestics and our cleaner Atiya.

I’ve been using Absolute Domestics for a number of years now and have always found the company to be reliable and honest. Marisa has been with me for a few years now and she always does a great job and is pleasant and punctual I would have no hesitation in recommending both x

The cleaner failed to communicate an arrival time, which made planning difficult from the start. The service itself was rushed — I paid for a 3-hour clean, yet the job was finished in just 1 hour, and quality was not there.

Several areas were left incomplete, and there was no final walkthrough to review the work or address any concerns. Instead, the focus seemed to be solely on collecting payment.

To make matters worse, I now have to redo the cleaning myself after paying for a service that wasn’t properly delivered. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not a service I would use again.

I found Absolute Domestic on Instagram as it popped up as an ad.
I was looking for a cleaner to clean my place and i thought i would give them a try. Everything went well, booking went smoothly and the cleaner, Diane called and make arrangement.

Until she came to my house today. I dont know about you but to me, you are here to clean the house. Why would you be wearing your outside shoe and the the inside of the house? What is the reason for cleaning then if you clean the floor but you dirty it again with your shoe?

And she was very rude about it and just said "then i won't clean your house then!!"

Fine, she left. Then someone from Absolute Domestics called and try to understand why she left. I told the customer service what happened and the customer service lady said "why would she buy a pair of shoes just to clean your premises?"

What kind of comment is that? I am not asking her to buy. You can take off your shoes. You are a professional cleaner and i need to tell you how to do your job?

This is the worst domestic cleaner ever. No common sense at all, the cleaner and the customer service lady. And they have over 30 years of cleaning!!!!!

I have a wonderful cleaner. She is punctual and does a wonderful job. I am happy with her work. She is very particular with her cleaning and enjoys her work.

We had a wonderful experience with Ugyen and Sonam. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough with their cleaning. Every detail was taken care of, and the space looked spotless and fresh when they finished.

They were also punctual, respectful of the home, and clearly take pride in their work. It’s rare to find cleaners who are both efficient and so attentive to detail.

Highly recommend Ugyen and Sonam to anyone looking for reliable, high quality cleans!

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Absolute Domestics. The experience has been very unprofessional and frustrating.

For the past two months I have not had a regular cleaner, despite being assigned several different cleaners during that time. Many of them either leave the company shortly after being assigned or simply do not show up for the scheduled clean, with no explanation.

Communication from their customer service team is extremely poor. We always have to call them ourselves to ask for updates, as they rarely communicate proactively. Complaints do not seem to be taken seriously, and there is no sense of urgency in resolving the issue.

Another concern is security. Some cleaners have come to our house to inspect the property and discuss the job but never returned for the actual clean. Allowing strangers into your home who then disappear without any follow-up is very concerning.

After two months without a cleaner, the only response we received was a casual phone call informing us of the situation, with no immediate solution offered.

Overall, this service has caused more stress than convenience, and I cannot recommend them if you are looking for a reliable and professional cleaning service.

There was some miscommunication until one hour in, the priority was to clean the bathrooms and kitchen for a deep clean in 3 hours but the at the standard this was being cleaned at was below average. Jennifer was amazing, Richard was merely invisible his work was awful. After complaining to Andy about this we ended up getting another clear, this also made the whole process very confusing as we booked cleaners through absolute domestic but were dealing with sparkly cleaning ? Anywho after much back and forth we came to the agreement that please take your time and do a deep clean even if it takes 5 hours, we’ll pay it we just want a good deep cleaning done, attached are photos left behind from the deep cleaning

Our cleaner Mandy was thorough, quiet and unobtrusive. We are very happy to continue with her service.
