Great team and excellent service. The cleaners did an amazing job. We are very happy with how clean our home is now, especially since it was left very dirty by the previous tenants. At the beginning, Max clearly explained everything and gave us a full, detailed quote for the cleaning. We are very satisfied and would definitely use them again. We also received our full bond back from the real estate agency. Thanks!

Absolute con artists who tried to extort more money out of me after I had a quote. Said my house was "very dirty" which was an absolute lie. They thought I was desperate so I would agree. I told them to leave. Avoid at all costs!!

We’ve booked Sunny’s End of Lease Cleaning company once again after their exceptional work on our previous townhouse vacate cleaning. Not only were we thoroughly impressed by the level of detail in their work, but their team also went above and beyond to help us secure our bond when the real estate agency was less than cooperative. Their cleaners provided fabulous service that made all the difference.

Today, when I contacted Sunny, he offered clear and honest advice, which I greatly appreciate. I know we’re in good hands with this company, thanks to their integrity, reasonable pricing, and consistently high standards. Highly recommended for any move-out cleaning needs!

- On initially booking, I advised our time frame restraints as we had to give the keys back later that day on the 11th as we were moving interstate the following morning via plane and I was told it would be 2 people but it was only one person that arrived
- Upon arrival, the cleaner did not announce himself, he did not introduce himself, he tried prying the door open without saying anything to us, and we found him uncommunicative and unprofessional in this regard
- Cleaner left a big puddle of water in the middle of the lounge room and left his feet mark on the floor
- Some debris left on the floor
- Some debris on the kitchen sink
- Foot marks on the hallway out the back of the house
- Gas heating system not wiped down
- 2x pubic/beard hairs were left on the laundry sink and the sink was also not properly cleaned
- Some Light switches weren’t cleaned properly on top
- Wall still had marks on it

The owner kindly gave us a partial refund due to the issues which was very nice.

Moving out is not easy task when you have to handle the both Properties where you are moving in and from where you moving out, it will be a horrible and pathetic situation if you do not get experienced end of lease/tenancy cleaning company. Bright end of lease cleaning Melbourne company took the responsibility of my both property in a same week with two separate teams and I am amazed after seeing their performance, moving in property was sparkling rather than previous clean and moving out cleaning property was looking like a new property and bond has returned by my agent without any delay.
I will say the cleaners was best in town and company having experienced team with great communication skills, explain the things very clearly with examples. I was wondering, I could give them more than 5 star ratings.

Absolutely thrilled with the the results we got after hiring BRIGHT END OF LEASE CLEANING guys for cleaning our 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and carpet as well. They send two boys Suraj & Sujan who gave us excellent service. From start to finish, their team was professional, polite, on time & incredibly thorough. They left the property sparkling clean, and we were able to secure our full bond back without any issues. Was emailed a quote of $748 but on the day of the job was told $1400 if pay by eftpos or $1300 for cash. They double the price and the job wasnt very good we had the real estate question the cleaning. They are a scammers and dishonest. We had no choice on the day but to use them because we booked it close to leaving and there was no time to get anyone else, therefore they did this on purpose. We did try to talk to Sunny about the payment we paid and he was very rude and defensive.

Best ever experience with this company. They clean the way we was expected. Full marks to the operator who send me the nice hard working cleaners for this end of lease clean. They spend 4-5 hours to clean my place and the house looks sparkling clean again. We got our full bond back on time from our agent. I will recommend them & use them again whenever I move again. Fake reviews here. Took money upfront. Sent one guy who did basic cleaning. Did not do everything agreed in the price. Tried to charge more for things listed on quote. Left without doing multiple items on list. The brightzone receptionist swore that he'd rectify the situation with another cleaner and refund me the extra money I gave the cleaner. ( Charging me extra for what I already paid for ) after not doing that I contacted them to negotiate a refund. The receptionist tried to confuse me and manipulate my attention away from the fact I paid over 120 an hour for 1 guy to come and half clean and demand more money.

I am thankful and very glad to hire Bright end of lease cleaning Melbourne in last moment they accepted my quote and request because some other company who supposed to job in my townhouse denied to come in same day and I felt like I am stuck so eventually I had in my mind about this cleaning company but their price were bit higher than previous cleaning company now I realized money doesn't matter your probability and loyalty matters and this company proved it. Because all the extras was included in rhe final price upfront. The quote was very detailed & simple to understand.

Job well done! Raj and the team booked in my end of vacate cleaning a couple of days before the cleaning. On the day Raj rang to ask if the team could come early which worked perfectly well for me and they were fully ready waiting outside the property at the time they booked.The clean was done deeply and with the standard needed by the real estate agent. The work exactly the list of items needs to be done & also done few items free of cost & help us move some furniture out too.

We had another cleaner booked who cancelled the job for some reason and it was 11am & I need to return the keys back before 5 pm same day.I called around so many companies but no one ready to do it on same day. Finally I got Bright end of lease cleaning who save me from extra rent to pay by taking on the job on the same day we called, showed up 30 mins after I called them and immediately got to work.They were two of them who finished cleaning the property within a three & half hours. The price was cheaper then the quote we were given from old company who cancelled us last minute.Carpet was the main worry for me which look brand new to me.The house cleaned properly even they did fumigation without charging extra as we had a dog in our house. Later they dropped the key back to the agent after the cleaning as we moved interstate. Thanks to Harry who took photos and sent them to us for proof.I've babbled on, but honestly can't say enough good things. Value for money, very professional, quick to respond calls & emails, cheaper then others and best service ever I got from any company till now. My real estate was so pleased from the cleaning and got the number of them to hire them for cleaning their other clients properties.
