Having realised this, the access team reviewed our application and had approved it with in 12 hours. This allowed us to access the priority booking and secure tickets. A fantastic service. Not often you receive such amazing communication. Thank you, we are going to have an amazing day!

Wonderful Service
The Access Card has allowed us to risk taking our disabled son on outings now, because his needs are supported and easy to express via the card. It had also allowed us to save money on trips out that were previously unaffordable for us, or not worth booking in case our sone wasn't able to manage them on the day. So far, all of the places we have enquired about visiting have recognised his Access Card.
We are all really enjoying this new freedom.
The website was easy to use and I have been extremely impressed by the swiftness of the application process.
Highly recommend to anyone who has, or cares for someone who has, limited access to experiencing life fully as it opens so many doors.

Access Card - very helpful organisation who do a lot for a range of disabilities facing people everyday.
Their directory lists numerous places which offer discounts and/or a breakdown of amenities for those with disabilities.

Made the online application (slightly close to the event date!). Received an email promptly asking for further info. Replied on a Saturday and by Sunday morning had received the Digital Access Pass code and a nicely written and helpful email.
What an amazing company
What an amazing company. My son told me at short notice that he wants to go to Thomas Land to celebrate his birthday. He has Autism and is becoming very anxious and uncomfortable when waiting in busy queues/crowds. I applied for the Access card today, but didn't realistically expect that we would be able to use it tomorrow. Within an hour I had heard from the Access card team who have sent me a digital number that we can use tomorrow. Unbelievable! It's going to make my son very happy that he can go to Thomas Land, but thanks to the The Nimbus Team, he will have a much more comfortable and less stressful experience. Thank you so much!

It really sad to see a company that should be supporting people with accessibility needs treat them so bad!
I would say to any company thinking of joining this service to DENFINATLY AVOID THEM!
Straightforward, fair and very courteous
The process seems really straightforward and fair. When I spoke to individuals they were extremely pleasant and explained the limitations, rules and process. A delightful experience for what is not a very pleasant clinical condition.
