Ordered 2 servos that I've used in 7 of my other models Alturn 750MG. Got 2 servos that don't look like the ones of had before because I think Alturn has changed where they get there servos from (not access models fault) there slower and even after testing for a few minutes still not the speed they stated so I've sent them back. Access models were very good with the return and helpful with emails and suggested other servo's but after the refund that didn't cover there shipping to me I'm still £12 out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

Friendly staff, great service and lovely store layout!

Easy transaction and plane arrived well packaged and when expected. We did have a query with the instructions on charging the battery, we contacted the store and explained the situation and a very helpful lady said she would speak to the supplier and get back to us which she did within a couple of hours. Great customer service, We finally got to see our 14 year old Grandson and give him the plane and he is absolutely delighted with it. Thank you very much.

I purchased a model kit by Tamiya from Access Models, a shop and online site with an abundance of model making choices. After a lot time choosing I made my order and it arrived a few days later, well padded inside of a sturdy box outside. A pleasant shopping experience!

A prompt courteous and very efficient online service . . . when you add the minimum of delays to this (ordered at 10.07am confirmation of readiness text at 10.35am collected at 12.08pm!) it all points to a very pleasant shopping experience . . . well done Access Models

What a fantastic little model shop we stumbled across in Newark on our holidays. The staff were very friendly and spent quite a bit of time talking to us all things RC and the industry. The shop gives a very high level of service and the shop front reminds me of the 80's toy stores which is fantastic.
