Unfortunately this seems to now be more of a fraud situation than non delivery.
Did not receive chairs I ordered and requested refund
I was told a refund had been sent but no sign of it.
I will have to pursue a claim. It has caused a lot of stress and wasted time.

The worst company ever . I have waited months for an item . The Woman who answers the phone pretends to be so nice and promises to get your item posted and you will receive tracking g confirmation which never arrives .
I have raised a complaint through Clearpay and hopefully will get my money back . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY .

I have received a refund after waiting for months for goods that didn't arrive. I wanted to leave hope for those who were in the same situation. I am still leaving a one star review as it's been a really stressful period but glad to say it's ended on a positive note. Thank you Sam for being true to your word (eventually).

So I finally managed to get my money vis a refund but this only happened by putting in a complaint through paypal. Forget communicating with this woman Samantha Waldken who is the director of this busted company; she’s in over her head and I think her business is going under which is why she neither delivers orders no refunds the money, god knows what she’s doing with our hard earned money but she certainly has dodged refunding me for £449.10 for a month and a half. I put in a complaint with paypal and was finally refunded no thanks to this scrupulous business owner. Be warned, do not purchase anything from this business!

I have had 10 emails sent to this company unanswered as I await any update on delivery of 2 chairs ordered on 8th August, or indeed a refund. Already been told via phone that they were to come. Can't get any response via email/phone now so trying here.

The owner seems to be more responsive here so trying my luck as I am cirrently nearly £1,000 out of pocket with no communication despite repeated attempts over emails and phone. Could I please get an update on my order FBKAXDAHY? You said to expect 4 weeks for delivery but we are now over 11weeks, Ive asked for a refund and I didn't hear from you.

Was quoted 4 weeks for delivery. Contacted them after 12 weeks and was informed the item would be another few weeks. Asked for a refund which was agreed to however the refund was never processed and they’ve been failing to respond for the last 5 weeks.
Please do not use this company. I am in the process of a credit card charge back.

Steer clear from this theiving company! As has happened with others who have left a review, I never received my order or a refund. I've never received a response to any of my emails and of course not happy as I'm out of pocket! I would leave no stars if I could.

No order, no communication, no refund, it’s been a month now. You give small businesses a bad name. The website should be shut down if you cant fulfil orders.

Disgusting! Placed an order over a month ago, contacted a number of times and only once the call has been answered. I was told that it was meant to reach me soon but NOTHING HAPPENED! Emailed, called-no reply! Scammers! If you see this review, process the refund!

I agree with the previous reviews. The service is absolutely shocking! Do not buy from this company! I placed an order on 13/7/26 and despite assurances i have still not received my order. It is very hard to get into contact with ‘Sam’ and get any reply from emails. I have asked for a refund of my order but have still not received it and have had no cummunication since. Disgraceful!

I ordered from Accessories for the Home and they didn’t even acknowledge my purchase for two full weeks. After I contacted them expressing how disappointed I was, they finally confirmed they would process a refund.
That was nearly a month ago. Despite their confirmation, I have heard nothing further and the money has still not been returned to me. No updates, no progress, just silence.
This is completely unacceptable. Taking payment, ignoring the customer for weeks, then promising a refund and failing to deliver it is extremely frustrating. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to look elsewhere.

Wow, I just don’t know what to say after reading recent reviews again. I have been super patient with this company (and Sam seems nice when I do get hold of her on the phone which is what keeps you hanging on with hope). I have been waiting for some Nkuku chairs which were £857.50 since 21st June (14 weeks!!). I can’t think that this is anything but a con which is hugely upsetting. I’m now extra worried that they’re moving premises. And especially worried with one of the reviews that said they’d called the manufacturer and their order didn’t exist. What an utterly miserable experience. Do not order from this company.

I placed an order on the 23rd June (EQPMLAFVO) and stated on the website delivery would take 2-4weeks, over 13 weeks later I am STILL waiting for it!!!!

Absolutely disgusted by the customer service. Communication is shocking with both emails and answerphone messages just being ignored!! I have lost count of the number of false promises of delivery I have had.

I do not know how this company is still allowed to trade!!

AVOID! They take your money but do not deliver.

Ordered a table and 4 chairs over 5 weeks ago. Have been trying to get in touch for 2 weeks to get a delivery date. Emails, phone calls or voice messages about my order are never responded to. Interestingly when I emailed them from another email address about a new sales inquiry to check if I would get a response then, they replied twice on the same day!

After seeing the reviews here, I contacted the manufacturer of the items in the Netherlands directly and they confirmed that this store never even placed the order with them, even though they once where one of their known distributors.

My email to cancel the order and request a refund has also been ignored so far. Still hoping to resolve this with the store before contacting my credit card company to recover the money.

Ordered a wine rack in June for £300. Never arrived, nor did I hear anything about it. Chased up and finally got a lady on the phone saying it wasn't in stock and I would get a call back on Monday. A week passed and still nothing. Order: CPKHAUGVZ Placed on 2026-06-24 13:06:50. You need to get in touch with me so I can have a refund asap. I would strongly urge anyone not to buy from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE Placed an order in June goods not received - have requested a refund multiple times via the website and email as well as leaving messages on the answering machine - no replies and no refund. Answering machine advised a few weeks back 'that they were taking delivery of a large order' and would not be available, today it mentions 'moving premises'

Further Review/Update:
Don't be fooled by this woman's grovelling apology regarding delivery delays, claiming they are out of her control as it's complete lies. Despite her assurances, I ultimately cancelled my order and am still waiting for my refund.
I ordered the exact same furniture from Amos Lighting instead (rated 4.8 on Trustpilot). The order was placed on Monday, and less than four days later, my furniture is already being delivered.
The contrast in service speaks for itself. I would strongly recommend not using this business.

I bought 6 chairs and paid £954 and was assured that delivery would be made within 3 weeks. I placed the order on 03.08.26. After repeated phone calls and emails and now reading the reviews on Trust Pilot I realise that these chairs are never going to be delivered. Voice messages include 'we've received a large delivery so may not respond to your call but please email' to 'we've moved premises so we may not respond to your call but you can send an email...' PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ORGANISATION.

When I first called the company I spoke to Sam and she was so nice and I was so fooled, please do not let this happen to you!!!

I ordered a chair and two bar stools in August’26, and contacted them 5 weeks later to query the lack of an update re delivery dates. I got an apology with a promise of contact, but no update. My wife left voicemail messages, no call back. The company’s voicemail message and the email mentioned a premises move. This and the other negative trustpilot reviews makes me wonder if we’ll ever get our chairs or a refund, so I’ve contacted my credit card company to arrange a refund. Avoid.
Update: their reply to this review promises to contact us. We’ve had no contact of any kind by 6:30 pm of the following day.
