I made a horrible mistake and ordered from them a second time. BIG MISTAKE! After a very long time with no updates I simply asked them, what was the status of my order? And I get the excuse that the Chinese new year slowed everything down. Okay, fine. But they didn't answer my question.What was the status now? So I asked again. Then, they send me a tracking number for fedex and say it is in transit. I check with fedexo. Their tracking says they haven't even gotten the order that they just received the shipping request like ten minutes before the email containing the tracking number was sent. I request cancellation and refund, but they inform me that they can't cancel my order because it is in transit. An hour later I receive yet another email that some of my items were out of stock and they would ship the rest as soon as they could. And they would give me a refund via a credit voucher, because that's how "everybody does it so they can use it immediately on their next order" If they didn't give me a credit voucher, they would have to charge me a six percent restocking fee for something they did not have in the first place. Please, please, please people listen to these reviews and do not order from this company.
Edited to add, I just received a cease and desist order from this company.For posting this review with the threat that they will take all measures to protect their reputation. Yes, I lost my temper when I was speaking to them, and I used some words.I probably shouldn't have but they don't listen and they just keep sending ridiculous excuses. If there was a delay because of chinese new year's which occurred nine days before I placed my order.I should have been notified at that time that there would be a delay.Not twenty days later, after I placed the order.
