Racist and unprofessional company from both lady manager and director

I have to say big thanks goes to Charlotte to help us find the best house. She has been helpful and proactive throughout. She displayed extraordinary patience and persistence. Thank you seems not enough. We couldn't have been in better hands, and would certainly recommend to others.

We completed on our 'forever' home through ACDC this May. Charlotte was fanstastic and was very responsive. She was happy to answer any questions and arrange viewings when requested. It was a big step for us with lots of worries and uncertainty. Charlotte was understanding and gave us time to think.

I use a lot of agents all over the country to sell the properties that we are responsible for and receive mixed experiences to put it lightly. This small boutique agency puts a lot of the larger corporate institutions to shame. Charlotte is a pleasure to deal with and incredibly responsive.

Timeline was from Monday to Friday still trying to understand the speedy response and efficiency to which Charlotte executed completion of renting my property.

This is by far the best letting agent I have ever dealt with. The whole process was very snappy, extremely professional and straight forward. After viewing our dream home, we were through the whole process in less than a week. Any email sent was followed up with a phone call to make sure that we got all important messages on time.
