Curtain rail installation

We needed to put up curtains in two rooms, so we called Steve from Ace Handyman. He was fantastic! Called him mid afternoon, and he showed up on the same day. What’s more he did the whole thing in just over an hour. I would definitely recommend him as an experienced handyman

ACE Handyman, what a great find! From start to finish, Stevie was professional, reliable and did a great job on all those jobs that had been mounting up, from putting up wall lights and mirrors, to little snagging jobs in a bedroom. He has great attention to detail and cleaned up as he went. He is reasonably priced and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Steve was great, came on time, was very responsive, and did everything we asked for quickly, tidily, and efficiently. Will 100% be using him again and recommend him to everyone.

I contacted Stephen as I saw him recommended on a local community group by a few people.

I emailed Stephen a description of the job (to install roof box storage wall brackets in a garage) and he responded quickly and confirmed that he could do the job, and clearly outlined the hourly rates and an estimation of the time required to complete.

I was happy with the outlined price so I instructed him to book the job in, and he managed to find availability the following day.

The next day Stephen contacted me to say that he could do the job slightly earlier than planned (checking that it was also convenient with me) and when he arrived he was very pleasant and we talked through the job in detail and agreed the positioning.

Just under an hour later the job was completed and we moved the roof box into position on the wall brackets.

I was very happy that the work was carried out in a very profession and tidy manner, and would certainly recommend him to others…I will also most likely use him for some minor re-decoration that is required within the house in the near future.

Excellent Workmanship
We had Steve to repair and paint a very elaborate set of 1885 windows. He did an excellent, painstaking job on them and they might last another 100 years.

Hadn't heard of Steve, saw he'd been recommended on local Facebook group. So glad I did, instant reply to my text. Quick quote, delivery arranged and carried out without any bother. Paid £40 in cash as requested for collection and delivery outdoor table and chairs set.

Great experience with Steve. I would recommend highly for handyman jobs.

He is very personable too, making it that little bit easier!

Approached Steve last minute to make some repairs as we were selling our home - he came over quickly, and having given a reasonable quote we threw him the keys to do the job later that day. It was done well with good communication etc. Really trustworthy and exactly what we needed

Steve was courteous, extremely pleasant when he visited my property.
He sanded my dining table then re-varnished in a colour of my choosing.
He dropped it off at a date/time concerto myself before putting the table bk together for me.
His work is flawless.

Ace Handyman was recommended to me by a friend who had some work done. Steve is the best recommendation I have ever received. His work is top notch, he is VERY tidy (a quality lost on most workman now days!) as well as polite & punctual. I certainly won't be using anyone else in the future.

This was the first time I had used this company , I had to get someone in to help with some outstanding jobs due to my health disabilities.
I found Steve to be very polite / experienced and knowledgeable , nothing was too much trouble for him and offered his advice and opinion freely and without reserve, which i found i was very comfortable with.
I have never known any workman to clean impeccably as he went along with his tasks.
Pleased to say i have booked him in again to add some finishing touches to my new bathroom .

Wish I found Steve earlier, he finished off loads of little odd jobs round my house that was never going to get finished, and is now booked in to paint my daughters room and put up her bed and shelves..Was prompt on getting back to me with his prices and schedule as well.

Steve recently did some jobs for me. Fixed my gate, put up new coat wall rack and fixed tap and toilet seat. Really pleased with the work. He’s communication was really prompt and did the job quickly and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend him and will use him again.
