Shane at Aceflights was very helpful with our bookings. We are a family of 5 and it wasn’t easy to find tickets to Australia on the dates we needed. He sorted us out with different options and quickly secured the seats as per our request. I will be definitely using this team again for my next flight!

Booked Ethiad flights to Australia with…
Booked Ethiad flights to Australia with Ace no mention it did not include baggage until after I'd booked and I was called. Stuck £250 on the flight. I explained that Whenever I book Ethiad Luggage is included and if they are not doing the same as other providers then they need to make customers aware before they book.

Misleading discounts advertised but not available
If one does an internet search for flights on specific dates to specific destinations they offer a "phone only" fantastic deal, with a massive discount. However, when one phones Ace Flights say they have "none available" on those dates - or any other dates for the two months either side of the specific dates! Then they try to sell a full price ticket that one could have got by booking direct with the airline. I hate a hard sell, particularly if I feel I have been misled into making the initial phone call. I'm surprised the advertising regulatory bodies allow them to practice this. However, perhaps I am not surprised, law and order in the Uk seems to have gone to the dogs atm.
