Ace Flights was recommended to me by some friends who travel extensively to Australia and New Zealand. I got in contact with Mark who went out of his way to find me the most economical flight to Australia. He was able to give me advice with regarding booking a seat with extra leg room. All in all Mark was very helpful and I would recommend him to anyone wishing to book their travel flights through him.

Mark was excellent
Mark helped me find tickets to Australia for Christmas for myself and my family. He was so helpful and worked really hard to get me tickets with top airlines and good connections and hundreds of pounds cheaper than quotes I'd had from other airlines. He also added internal flights to the booking at about a quarter of the price I would have paid if I'd gone directly through the airline! Mark was friendly, polite and patient, he even stayed on late at work to wait while I contacted family in Australia about certain details! I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again 🙂

Mark, the flight consultant, was fantastic, he was patient, very informative, kind and polite-he listened to my flight needs and found me a good deal that was much cheaper than I’d been given from other companies. I would highly recommend and definitely use again in the future.

Fast and efficient support
I had a mad last minute rush to get my 3 adult children from London to NZ. So grateful to Molly of Aceflights who found me the best deal in a short space of time, updated me along the way, always responded quickly to my questions and was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. She was so patient and encouraging. Not only did my children get to NZ in good time but they enjoyed their flights and even got to sit together. I would definitely use Aceflights again.

Great customer service!
We visit family in Australia every year and have noted that air fares from the U.K. continue to rise markedly. It was by chance that I came across ‘Aceflights.co.uk’ and the delightful Molly.
We gave Molly our travel dates and she quickly came back with three flight options. Having chosen one (at a significantly lower price than that offered by other flight agencies) she did all the bookings for us - and even arranged for us to book specific seats.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Ace flights in general - and Molly in particular.
