Molly - brilliant trip awesome price
I cannot recommend Molly at ace flights enough, we needed a family of 6 on a budget to Sydney for Christmas at short notice after being let down by another airline. I’m writing this as we drive back home, which hopefully shows how much I appreciate her help.
She was fantastic she organised a flawless trip across multiple airlines, allowing us to squeeze in a whistle stop tour of Tokyo during our layover.
She even went the extra mile and made sure we had extras such as food on our domestic flight within Australia.
She did this in just a few hours on an evening to suit me. Just brilliant, and the price was fantastic, we will definitely be using her again next time I need to book a holiday.

Molly was superb to deal with -- personable, knowledgeable, helpful, able to present options, on hand, dealt with all my queries. I was hesitant as I hadn't heard of nor used this company before, but all went well and I would use them again.

Forget Ace Flights, don't waste your time
I suspect the 5 star reviews are fake. I booked a flight and provided my card details, but heard nothing from them for 24 hours. I called three times, each time being promised a call back within a time period which never happened. On the fourth call, I asked what price they could offer for the same booking (for which I have screenshots) and was quoted a price almost £200 more than I was originally offered. I'm a fairly frequent flyer (3-4 times a year transatlantic) always using online firms for the best deals, and this is the worst "service" I've experienced. These people are nothing more than time wasters. Go elsewhere.

Is this real??…
I've just booked some flights with Molly. I have to attend a funeral in Cairns, just after Christmas - so an unexpected journey and an expensive one. Molly was professional, not pushy at all with the extras, and listened to my priorities. She found a great sounding flight with Cathay Pacific for £1,409, a few hundred pounds cheaper than elsewhere. I thought it was worth trying Trailfinders who I normally travel with long distance and they said - 'grab that deal with two hands'. When I'd booked it and received an emailed e-ticket, it seemed sort of surreal - not enough - so I started to doubt the legitimacy of the company - not Molly. I lost sleep and thought I'd been scammed and would end up with no seat on either flight. I thought - if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is - 'have I been an idiot'? So, I thought I'd call Cathay Pacific to verify that the flights had indeed been booked. They have. Huge relief. This 'newish' way of long haul travel booking is very much lighter touch than I am used to and fraught with worries so I thought I would come on and relate my experience in case it might save someone else a similar one. The thing that spooked me most of all on rereading the Trust Pilot reviews of ACE is that they actually sound TOO implausible. Real people don't write like that! And there is an ACE.com which comes off very badly - not ACE Flights Ltd.
So thank you Molly, seems like you have got me the deal of the season, for which I am very grateful.

Sandra really helped to get the best flight deal
Sandra was really polite, friendly, patient and helpful while we made decisions about the flight and times we wanted, she guided us to a good deal and route we hadn't flown before, and searched for the best flight times, which worked out really well on our trip to New Zealand so we feel assured it will work just as well on the return trip.
Sorry for the late review but we wanted to make sure the flights worked before submitting.
Would definitely like to deal with Sandra again, she is very professional and courteous and tuned in to our needs, and was actually available for follow up calls and questions which was also reassuring and customer focused.

Exceptions Service by Sandra and her team.
Sandra was fantastic in arranging my family's summer holiday to several cities in the US.
The overall costs of our flights was reasonable compared to the competitors, the itineraries and connecting flight times well thought out. We were very happy with our trip.
