After the disappointment of our original choice of flight being unavailable. Shane spent a considerable amount of time looking for an alternative. Not only was he successful with the flights, our holiday is extended by 4 days for the same price. First class service.

Molly got me a great deal
Molly not only managed to get an extremely good deal but made the process easy and stress free at the same time.
Skyscanner leaves you wondering whether to trust the online company offering huge discounts but Ace Flights UK are the real deal.
After making the full payment I was able to look at the airlines concerned online and could confirm that everything was booked as specified including the seat allocation
I would be very happy to recommend them.

Had spent many hours doom scrolling on skyscanner to arrange flights to Australia. Saw an advertisement for Ace Flights and started a chat with Molly. Within 15 minutes she had put together the best cost options for both international and internal flights. These were not available on my skyscanner search. I found the service given by Kevin first class. Most unusual was his patience and his close attention to me as customer. He immediately understood how nervous and anxious I was and responded sensitively to me without making a big deal about it . He was friendly and polite and stayed on late at work to finish the case. Wasn’t sure about Ace Flights at first…
Wasn’t sure about Ace Flights at first but Kevin explained everything and answered all my Questions, I asked for my own seat selection and although seats not shown on the tickets, Kevin sent me an email with the seat selections agreed, I will only know once on board if they are booked.
Kevin did an exceptional job and did his utmost to make my travel plans agreeable, He went over and above my expectations, I will recommend Kevin to My friends and Family for future travel.

Would have never found these flights with this price online!
After searching online for hours and thinking I was getting a good deal for long haul flights with connections, I was left in an endless loop of trying to secure my flights. Luckily I found Ace Flights UK who not just offered me an incredibly personal service but also spent the time to find our family of 4 the most perfect flights and connections. I didn't think it was possible anymore but the final cost through Ace Flights was much lower than I would have payed with those flight comparison sites! Thank you once again Sid!
