False advertising!
Intrigued at the advertised very low price for a flight to Brisbane on Singapore Airlines (had my guard up prior to making the call for the telephone deal only, but worth a go, we all like a bargain don’t we????). Explained the advert, they took the dates and then asked if I had a preferred airline, they already knew which one. Then proceed to ask if I’m flexible with my dates to which I replied.”no”. Then told I must be flexible with dates and airline to get that “special price” and on top of that, no luggage included, that’s extra. Told him I’m not interested and he wanted to call me back after he had done his research, god the man was persistent!!!!. I explained NO means NO, so I put the phone down on the coffee table gently and walked away. Buyers beware this is one massive con!

Helpful and instructive, would use again.
We booked flights to go to New Zealand for February until March last July. I had never used this company before and was a bit cautious. I was helped by Gavin, I told him what we wanted and that we were on a bit of a budget, and as we live in Scotland, we didn't really want to fly from London.
He booked all our flights, three there and three back using different airlines, with what we thought, was a decent price, compared to other flights we had looked at.
On the way out we only had about an hour to change flights in Frankfurt and the same in Hong Kong. We were really worried about missing our connections, but Gavin put our minds at rest, we had longer in Singapore and Zurich on the way back.
What can I say, everything was excellent, I'm so glad we booked through Ace flights and really glad we had Gavin helping us, he answered all subsequent queries I sent by email very quickly.
I also have to add that all our flight details, check ins etc, were all sent to us in plenty of time with easy to navigate instructions.
I would definitely recommend and would use them again.

We cannot thank Ace Flights enough, and in particular, their wonderful representative, Molly, who has helped us sort out a very difficult situation! Thank you, thank you, Molly! We shall never book flights again, to anywhere, without going through Ace Flights!
To be specific, in August 2024, we booked business class flights through the agents, mytrip,com, to Sydney, Australia, going out on 29.3.25 and returning on 8.5.25, and we paid in full. We booked these flights, because our dear daughter in law in Australia is terminally ill. Her situation has worsened and we have thanked God we had this booking. Then, on Saturday just gone, 15.3.25, mytrip let us know that our booking is cancelled, as one of the three flights in our return journey (an Air India flight) is no longer going to fly, We were told we could have a refund, but other than that, - hard luck! This agent could rebook us, but at vastly inflated prices from what we had originally paid!
We are an elderly couple, of limited means. Thankfully, some time ago, I had read a favourable review of Ace Flights, and had kept a record of their contact details.
In desperation, two days ago, I contacted Ace flights and explained our predicament. We were dealt with by a most capable and empathetic lady, Molly, who went to great lengths to help us. The result is that we now have secure, and very reasonably priced, alternative flights arranged by her, and therefore we shall be able to travel and give support to our Australian family at this very difficult time for them. Molly, we shall never meet you, but we shall never forget you. THANK YOU, ACE FLIGHTS!!!

Booking long distance flights
I was really glad of the help I had from Kevin at Ace, when booking return flights to New Zealand. It takes ages to research flights and compare prices and stop over times. Kevin was very thorough, polite and helpful and found me a flight for a great price with minimal stop over times. It cost me nothing and he did all the work! Thankyou Kevin!

It’s always a risk putting your faith into the smaller unknown company. I can gladly say I’m glad I took the plunge. Molly has been attentive and professional all the step of the way. Found me a great deal for me that through no fault of hers, I declined. Molly,then put together another deal ,which as a solo traveller going to New Zealand fitted my requirements perfectly. What a great company
Kevin was so brilliant. As a nervous mum booking a GAP year flight for her son to NZ it needed to be right! Kevin put up with lots of phone calls and silly questions. Things changed during the booking process, but Kevin calmly dealt with it.
