Flight booking
I got into touch Ace company after seeing a deal to go too Brisbane on site on line .When I spoke to Kevin
He explained that the deal did not include luggage charges and other charges! Kevin was very good and helped me to get the flights I needed.
and when I said I needed an aisle seat
due to my knee operation! Kevin arrange assisted travel plus bulk head seats on my journey .
So very helpful but did keep on via email about this review as the first review never went through.

I started the process of looking for my flight by using the ‘chat’. I have been reluctant to phone in case I was put under pressure to buy.
On the chat Kevin asked what my needs were and dates etc. He then offered to call me back after he had looked for flights.
When he called back he had found me the flights I needed on the dates I needed and at a very good price.

What a great team Molly and Sid make.
What a great team Molly and Sid make. I gave Molly all my travel details which weren't too straightforward and Molly did the rest. It took all the stress out of the searching and she came back with a fantastic deal.
The phone was answered promptly on several occasions, questions were answered reassuringly and you got to chat with the person handling your booking.
An excellent experience from a company who have excellent customer service and support.

Great prices for Business class seats
I have now used Ace Flights twice, and both times have been excellent. As the seats are only available for a short time, you do feel a little under pressure to make a decision, but that's understandable. The prices are certainly the best.
I will indeed use them again.

Sid was great! Found a few options and discussed the best price and route options with me. Very happy with the price considering travelling home in December when it starts to get expensive. Flights sorted very efficiently...
Hi, the experience i had with Ace flights uk was second to none. Especially with the very helpful guy called Kevin. He was very professional in his job and also very patient with me. He found several flights for me to choose from, and also was very good in offering me bulkhead seats on my flights. I didn't actually know what these were, but Kevin explained to me what they were and also could let me have them a lot cheaper than normal. So I agreed on these and then Kevin sorted out the overall price for return flights from UK to Australia including baggage and vat costs etc, which I was very pleased with so a big thank-you to Kevin. ☺️ would highly recommend Ace flights uk.
