Company charge me for machinery pcs that wasn't in stock nor was it shipped! Will no longer be doing business with this company!

Ordered a step stool tool box for my dad on Nov 28, TODAY is January 18,2024!!! im canceling my order and these people are rediculious!!!!! DO NOT USE

Company online order review, not product related. Upon placing an online order, the shop to address differed from my physical address with prior mailing address. Customer profile was updated prior to order placement!

While in the online shopping cart paying for order, shipping address was differed somehow to prior address!

Order was shipped to out of state prior address, complete $600 order of Milwaukee tools GONE!

Placed a second order, excepting errors just for the need of Tools vs time to go to Store front. With the second order, only one of two bonus tools were shipped with the order.

To obtain the second free tool, 150 value, they wanted to process a second charge for the second $600 order placed, then refund one of the $600 charges after 10-18 days of order processing. How does this work??

Have been an Acme customer for 18 years, NEVER has the service been this poor!!!

These guys are total scammers. Once they get your credit card number online, they will place orders without your permission and never ship the tools.
They placed a DeWalt Order, and after I saw the charge, I told them to cancel it the same day, and they said it shipped, but in reality, nothing shipped. Even to this day, the charged nearly 500$ and refuse to refund and they refuse to send the product they charged for.
At first they will pretend that it's shipped, then batteries are on backorder, and then they will say they cancelled it but you never get your money or tools. Stay clear of these ripoffs.

I was in need of a Hole Saw so I went to ACME after searching the internet for pricing. The price thru Amazon was $13.78. A sales rep at the Duluth Store pulled a Lenox Hole Saw plus an arbor and he started checking me out when I was shocked to learn the two pieces added up to in excess of $24.00. I showed him the price from Amazon and he then tried to justify the pricing by implying the part from Amazon was of poor quality. I declined the purchase and went to Home Depot where the price was $13.76. Buyer BEWARE!

I've ordered twice from this company one order is understandably taking 3 months to ship backorder from the manufacturer. The other order is one I could pickup from my local hardware store and is taking 4 weeks to get to me. Both orders when ordering let me order without letting me know there was an extended waiting time for the order to ship. When I tried to cancel the order that took 4 weeks they said it magically already has shipped and there is no way to stop it. I will not order from this company again. Oh also this item that is taking 4 weeks to get to me is 10 dollars cheaper on A and 5 dollars cheaper at my local hardware store.

Placed an order for DeWalt tools for a Christmas Gift. Received no response. Then they said it would be delivered by December 15th. No further updates and Didn't receive it even by Christmas. Then received a email that they cancelled the order. Horrible company, terrible communication, completely unreliable and just downright dishonest. Avoid at all costs

Terrible customer service. Order a saw kit and my card didn’t go through. Customer service advised that I had to be the one to call in and reorder the item because according to them “for security purposes my card is not on file”. I had changed my mind about buying it so I decided not to buy it. They then charged my card without consulting with me. if my card is not on file why did i get chsrged? I tried to cancel the order as the status said that the shipping facility was waiting on the item. But they told me it was already shipped. When I got the saw kit it was missing items that their website said it came with. I scheduled a return and had to pay for shipping which they now do not want to reimburse me for because its not in their so called policy. it wasn't my fault the order was placed without my-being consulted with even tho they said my card was not on file. I guess that was a lie!

Never got what I ordered for Black Friday. If they couldn't fulfill orders they shouldn't try to sell things. They drug it out for a month with the worst customer service and no amswers ever, so now I'm stuck with no gift for my husband. I'll never trust this store again. I wish I could rate them a zero, because that's what they are.

I ordered a circular saw 18 days ago and Acme won't give me any tracking or other information about when I'll get it. Or if I'll get it. Their site doesn't connect my user to my orders so to look it up I have to find the original PO to get the order number to plug into search. And when I do, nothing comes up! If I knew when I ordered my saw that it would take 30-45 days to receive it, I would have paid $10 more and bought it from Lowes. I'll never buy from Acme again.

Placed order for all in stock items on 11-27-2023 and as of today, 12-12-2023 I'm still missing 2 items, first items shipped after 2 weeks with no communication of what was going on. I will stick with Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon, etc. just so much easier to deal with. This was a one and done!

I rarely if ever post reviews. Customer service is horrible. It took them 12 days to ship a simple order of items that on their website says "in stock". Email them and you'll get a cut and paste response. There are multiple websites and bigbox stores with the same prices and products to buy from. I wish I had read the reviews before doing business with them.

Horrible experience, can't contact a human for customer service. Had to email repeatedly about my order. Would not recommend.

Called customer service to try and get a shipping date, purchase was through amazon,, so I wrote them a note the reply was soon. I tried to actually call them and their customer service rep was absolutely useless. Told me that Amazon was where I had to go. No help at all.

Buyer beware. For one, if you use PayPal, you know you are supposed to be able to review order once leaving your PayPal wallet, they force orders through instantly. They use confusing terms for promotions. They stated that could get 120.00 off for purchasing Milwaukee load out items but after purchase they only qualified add ons to the portable storage. I immediately contacted them and PayPal and asked not to ship yet they shipped it anyway. Now I have to wait to get it to return it for a refund. They only shipped addons and not the portable storage. They charged me for all items. The email was politically correct and polite but did not address issues. Okay, I think you get a good picture of what to look out for. Other than that they usually have fast shipping and good pricing.

They decided not to send the product but still charge me for it. worst customer experience I had.

I wish there were negative stars. This has been the worst customer experience ever. Our company will never do business with them again and tell other to stay away!
Never received my order of $800+ of tools. Acme Tools took my money and never delivered on the products. After multiple calls, they told me I would need to contact local authorities and call my bank and cancel charges. They use FedEx for delivery, and they tell me that one package was not delivered and the other was delivered to wrong address and that person who received it has called for package be picked-up.
Acme Tools still states, " it is our policy not to get in volved and I should call authorities and my bank.". I told Acme that FedEx told me "To have Acme file a claim and I would get my package or should be reimbursed" Acme repeated the earlier statement and "this is our company policy and agreement with FedEx" have a good day.
This is after 2weeks waiting on package and making multiple call, wasting hours of my day; NO DISCOUNT IS WORTH the problems.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN AND TALKED WITH I PLACED AN ORDER VIA PAY PAL VIA THEM IN PERSON OVER THE PHONE BUT NEVER GOT COMMUNICATION BACK REGARDING THEIR SECURITY NOT APPROVED OUR AMEX NOR MY CHECKING NOR MY CHASE ACCOUNT AND OUR FUNDS WERE THERE TO BE ACCEPTED NOR THEY TOLD US ABOUT THE DENIEL; THEIR EXCUSE TODAY WAS I AM SORRY BECAUSE WE LIVE IN LOS ANGELES AND THIS DELIVERY WAS GOING TO NORTHERN CA I FOUND OUT TODAY THAT THEY DENIED THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE BIG TIME LYERS; BIG TIME UNPROFFESSIONAL AND RUDE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

I ordered an Ego power head with edger attachment bundle that also included a string trimmer attachment. Although the trimmer was in my cart when I checked out, it didn't show up on the order invoice. They refused to send me the string trimmer attachment & pretended like they never had that bundle available on their website, even tho I sent them proof that showed people discussing that specific bundle on their specific website. They're either incompetent or dishonest (or both!). Don't trust them!!
