Do not use this company. Took 6 weeks to arrive. Very poor quality and wasn't as described.
Customer service do not respond.

Disgusting customer service my parcel did not turn they said they delivered it and I have not got it they told me to chase the post office and knock on neighbour doors no one has got my parcel ive had a lot of inconvenience had to go through my bank to get my money back they refused to give me my money back plus they add vat on without telling u as well which to me is a scam as u get charged more when the payment is done

Scam!! If I could give zero i would! Item took weeks to arrive then when it did wow what a joke! Cheap fakes nothing like the video showing the product, customer service offered £2 then £4 saying return cost is high and relevant departments agree item is fine... cheap nasty tat when the video showed a luxury advent calendar, avoid at all costs!!!

Absolute bunch of scammers. My ear plugs took two months to arrive. They don't work. In fact they don't get anywhere close to doing what they were supposed to do. I was offered £3 compensation (for a £15) order for something that doesn't work. When challenged, i got the response, "Sorry, but I have tried my best, If I do anything beyond my ability, that would be against the company's rules, and I may lose my job.
Your kind understanding would be highly appreciated." Laughable, and clearly an illegitimate company.

Shame I can’t do zero stars. No product delivered. Occasional promises of it being reshiped. Tracking useless. Do not use this company.

Ordered crafty advent calendar 5 weeks ago and im still waiting. Website said UK..... only provided tracking a week ago when my bank contacted them and now they have gone silent and my so called package is at a depot in Oxford. Have emailed every day and not one reply. SCAM COMPANY. Just wish my bank would hurry up and refund me my money

I purchased eye serum as buy1 get1 free but only one arrived 3ks later... but it does not work as it is described to so a total fake. My emails are not answered from their support team. Total Fake - how are companies like this allowed to continue to scam people ??

I ordered two glasses from them, and over two months later they still haven't arrived. The tracking says that it is stuck somewhere in lincoln uk and has been for about a month, im only on London. Their communication has been absolutely horrific. They keep saying it will turn up within ' in these days" with makes no sense and that here is the tracking, which i already have. I have explained to them multiple times that the tracking is not updating and it should have been here weeks ago. I have been trying to get a refund, but they again are being extremely unhelpful. Do not trust his company, they are clearly scammers.

Ordered something and received various 'tracking updates over the course of many weeks that then apparently stopped in Cardiff. 2 months later I still have not received the items. Despite multiple emails back and forth I am just told that the tracking has not been updated or problem with logistics and to be patient and wait. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and they just just saying wait and be patient. I have now had to go through the bank to raise a dispute.

Terrible service and quality of goods. Offered £2 compensation to keep the goods and took 4wks to arrive. Return are made extremely hard . Avoid at all costs.

I wish I'd done my homework first. This is a fake company that provides fake goods advertised on Instagram and tiktok and never deliver I waited 2 months fory highland cow it never arrived and the company give fake tracking that doesn't work, and refused to give a name for the courier company as well !!! *AVOID*

Waited 2 months for the weighted highland cow and when it arrived was nothing as described. Feathers are heavier than the weight advertised, was that stiff I thought it had rigor mortis. Wouldn’t say it was fury as it was more like it had been coated in glue and then dipped in a bucket of pubes.

And then to top it off the cheeky t***s wanted to charge me £40 to ship it back and only give me £4 compensation 😂

Avoid at all costs.

SCAM!!! I ORDERED A MONTH AGO AND STILL HASN'T TURNED UP. EMAILED THEM AND THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND ANOTHER ONE 2 WEEKS AGO. STILL NOTHING.

Awful! Ordered back in September and still no delivery of my order. Tracking hasn’t been updated and all they say is “you wait for delivery” I have waited, over 5 weeks! Asked for a refund and was told NO as it’s been dispatched so need to wait! Well how long do I wait? Absolutely awful, will now have the hassle of pursuing a refund through my bank for non fulfillment of order. Don’t use, you won’t get it!! Zero stars given 😡

This company will take your money, provide fake tracking and never deliver your goods or provide you with a refund.

I wish I had read the reviews before I was taken in. 4 weeks shipping to UK for them to then provide a false address as to its current location. Once pointed out the shipping miraculously got updated to show another address and I was told constantly to wait despite my request for my money back as they were obviously not legit.

AVOID! AVOID!AVOID!I ordered in September and became worriED after reading reviews. The tracking has kept slowly updating. It said it had arrived in the UK but they have posted as Cambridge. But the postcode is Cambridge Canada. Avoid these. It's a scam. Luckily I have claimed a refund through PayPal. It still saying in transit 7 weeks after ordering!

If I could give no stars I would! I bought Xmas gift card wallets for Xmas presents. Instead of Merry Christmas, they say MARRY Christmas! They are not offering a full refund but offered £2, then £4 for something that is their mistake not mine! Had I seen the reputation of the company before ordering I would never have used them- disgraceful! They should not be allowed to advertise as a reputable company

Zero if it’s available. Earplug arrived after more than 1 month. Complete trash and useless item. Went straight to the bin.

I should have read these reviews before ordering. Ordered a white shawl online after seeing advert on Facebook - will I ever learn!? The one they supplied cost more than the advertised price because of postage and unspecified 'taxes'. When it eventually arrived it was cream and it had strange black marks on it. I now have to wash it and I fear the worst. I made my disappointment clear and they offered me £2 as a gesture of goodwill. As usual the cost of returning the item makes it a costly mistake. I am sticking to UK retailers in future!

AVOID!!!!!! Absolute scam of a company. Ordered the seamless bras, in my size!! Did not fit!! Emailed to be told they had sent me the size I had ordered!! They were barely nipple covers!!!! They said they would refund me £2 as a goodwill gesture, I refused then they offered £5!!! All I want to do is return items but they will not allow it!!! Do not buy anything from here!!!!!!
