I ordered some phone case straps that I had never seen before online, really handy if you only want to take out your phone and keys as they have a shoulder or adjustable wrist strap. The variety of colours and patterns were lovely, I got 3 different ones to match outfits. They are exactly as seen in the advertisement. Super fast delivery with regular shipping updates.

I bought the seamless bra's and they are too small, I ordered my size and I wouldn't recommend them. Also when I got the tracking it says that they was coming from the USA but when I contacted the company the tracking link they sent me, it says they were coming from China. To be honest I will never order from this company again

Claimed my address was incorrect 5 times. Nothing has been received and they ignore your emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY DEFINITELY A SCAM COMPANY

I ordered from here and payed through PayPal never received my item told me wrong address how can it be if payed via paypal last I seen it was in Edinburgh miles away.plus when you contact them it's the same old message back a complete joke of a company waste of space

Omg this place a joke do not buy the bras have been delivered my God the sizes having a laugh wouldn't fit a teenager 😅 laughable and then offered 2.00 pound refund do one

This company is a joke. Do not buy from them. I requested a label to send the item back with a full refund and they refused. The items cost me £23 with delivery and I was offered £2 as a good will gesture. I will never buy off face book ads again. I might as well have bought the same ones from temu. At least I would have got a full refund. Absolute scam!!!

Don't waste your money, I purchased an item from this company, quality poor, do not buy the bras that seem to be the in thing at the moment. They do not do as they imply, they offered a £2 refund, or pay postage to return. Something else for the bin.!!

Wish I'd seen this before falling for a scam. They take unauthorised amounts from your bank, had to get a new card. When the bras finally turned up they were like a bit of small cloth. Ordered 40dd and where small enough to fit a child! They were also ripped and not in any packaging other than what they were posted in. Just regret falling for it

Contacted company when my parcel was updated as delivered. After a couple of emails back and forth they stopped answering my emails. Be very careful using this company not trust worthy at all. A very unsatisfied customer

I ordered eye liners via Instagram from this company 2 weeks ago. For the last 7 days I have been emailing there customer services asking where my package is seems as I have a tracking number but when you try to look at it there's no system it just buffers, numerous times I've asked when will I receive my package they keep telling me different story's each time, one telling me to just be patient, another the shipping has been updated but there's still no update my end. This morning still no tracking and no idea if my package will be delivered, I've asked them three times for a refund which gets ignored so now they have told me customs rejected my package and be patient it will be delivered so again I've demanded a full refund I've waited long enough. AVOID buying anything from this scam if a company I'm just glad my items wasn't overly expensive. It's now 3 weeks I've still not received my item and three days ago I had update my package had been shipped and today the package has been rejected by customs AGAIN this is twice now im asking for a refund which they won't give me. Looking on the reviews only reviews that are 5 stars are from the US ITS A SCAM

I purchased Supreme Crème – All-in-one moisturizer, concealer & coverage. Lightweight & waterproof. Medium.
The cream is useless. It almost had no colour and absolutely no coverage. My skin didn't look any different at all.
I emailed to explain and asked for a refund. They point blank refused and continued to do so after several emails.
I'm so angry. The cream is useless. They should not be allowed to do this!

I have ordered 2pair of sunglasses for £7.99 in offer. And that’s the amount of payment I accepted. However I have found straight away that from my bank account has been taken £14.72. I have contacted them over the email and requested for immediate cancellation of my order, full refund and explained the reason. Within one hour I received email back saying „If there is an additional charge, we will credit it back to your original account immediately. If there is no second message from our service team, it means we have refunded the additional charge. Please wait for 2-3 business days for the confirmation message from the bank.” But I did ask for cancellation, not for refund additional charge. And 2 days later I received another email saying my order has been shipped.

If I could give no stars I would, me & my mum ordered 4 tank top tummy control body suits when they arrived they was all small size when we ordered xl & they wasn't even the body suits we ordered, got in touch with them & was offered £2 refund when the bodysuits cost us over £25 obviously we said no so then offered £5 we still refused and asked for a full refund & now they are just ignoring us. Dont waste ur time or money with these scam artist
