I ordered 2 x square storage floor cushions. Advertised cost £16.99. After purchasing I noticed £20 had left my account. I immediately complained and the difference was refunded a few days later. The items arrived in May the colour was not as advertised, the stitching was poor and the fabric badly cut. I requested a refund and was offered £5 as a good will gesture. I declined this insisting on a full refund. I am currently awaiting a response.

Will never order from them again ordered sun glasses to fit over my every day glasses but one get one free 7.99 but ended up paying 13.99 and waited weeks for them and only one pair came

We ordered the glasses. They were delivered. Dreadful quality. Didn't fit. Contacted customer service. Unhelpful / threatening response to my concerns.

Avoid this company!!!! Don't order from this company because you'll be scammed. just received an email saying my parcel has been delivered and is in the letterbox. Nothing has been delivered, no communication from the customer service either.

Absolutely diabolical company. Apparently the goods have been delivered according to them . Nothing has been delivered nor any updates for delivery. I have requested a refund but getting fobbed off every time. I shall be reporting this company as I feel they're scammers.

False advertising
Ordered after seeing an Insta/FB advert for 2 pairs for the price of one polarised sunglasses that fit over a regular pair of glasses.
Tracking is telling me the product has just arrived in the UK although I received my parcel on 25th April.
The glasses are NOT polarised but just regular lenses.
Contacted the company to be advised the order is correct and I can either send back at my own expense or they'll refund me £2!
I would NOT recommend this company.

Ordered 3 bras from their ads on Facebook. I was regularly updated on the progress of my delivery which came from US soon after which I was pleased. After 3 weeks, I received the notification that my order was delivered which I haven't. I emailed the company informing them and they insisted that it was delivered. They sent me a tracking link to check my order but strangely it shows that my order came from China instead of US and both tracking details differ. I asked about this issue and requested for the proof of delivery and again they insisted that it was delivered. I was given another link which doesn't open saying there's an error on the page. They wouldn't do anything else but keep insisting that it's been delivered. Learnt my lesson, never
never ever order anything from Facebook or any ads!!!

If I give a rating of 0 would be to high. Avoid this company miss leading on sales and products. Items arrived late, faulty, very poor quality. Emailed for refund customers service non compliant. Want me to pay shipping back to China however when I purchased garment it was advertised as an American company.

Do not use this company, Bought item for £17 , ordered smallest size and still too big , only have customer service email on website, asked how can return as website advises to contact for return details, they refused to give any information avoided answering my questions and only offering £2 compensation, poor customer service and misleading website. NOT HAPPY

Poor quality items were received and no where near the size they should have been, the tracking said it was arriving from America and it turned up second class post from china. I have since been emailing for a return label to be told it will be too expensive to return the item and offered me £2, then £4 now they are saying I have to pay for postage! I have started a charge back with my bank!

I ordered the 3 antibacterial shower towels... thought that I had ordered from america but package has china address on it !
Looking on Temu I see the exact pack of towels today for £2.54 I thought I was paying £7.99, but then more money added on it was nearly £14 in total .even worse I tried to stop the Paypal transaction and it was imposible buyer beware

I ordered a pack of 3 bras. I had several emails to say my package was in transit. This morning I received a further email to say my order was being checked by USA customs. Lo and behold the parcel landed on my doorstep an hour ago. What I thought I’d bought was not what arrived. What was supposed to be a push up supportive garment was a poorly made very stretchy ‘bra’. It gave no support whatsoever. The shoulder straps were disproportionately too large. The lacy under things which were supposed to give lift did absolutely nothing apart from roll up under my boobs. The weird pads reminded me of the breast pads used when breast feeding - small circles of material which moved when I did. All in all a complete waste of money. I’ve emailed them to request a refund but I won’t hold my breath. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Utter rubbish !!

I ordered the pack of 3 bra’s from this company and received them approximately 3 weeks later. What a load of rubbish they were! The material is cheap, it sags after wear, the padding inside the bra moves around making you look deformed, they look absolutely nothing like the advert showing them. Complete waste of money. Mine are now in the bin. This company should be looked into as they are definitely deceiving and cheating the general public out of their hard earned money! Do not buy from them

Absolutely DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS. As many others have stated I ordered a pack of Bras, they were awful, I requested to return, got the various ‘compensation’ offers. I did return them but have heard nothing from this company. I got a chargeback from my bank but now PayPal are demanding the payment back!
I’m going to report them to the fraud office because as rightly said this really is theft on another level

Been waiting since October for bras to arrive-tracking states in transit, have emailed and been told item in transit, will now be putting claim in to PayPal due to none delivery

I purchased a bra that said 32ff. I received an XL. Obviously this was massive. The material was thin and so super stretchy it didn't lift or even support as described. The material was so thin that the weird small pads made my chest lumpy and look awful! What did the company do? Offered me £1 and informed me it would be far to much cost for me to send the item back as they would only receive it if I sent it tracked to china. But I could keep the item that didn't fit and wasn't as described or fit for purpose! I did get them up to £4 refund in the end.

I bought a bra and when I received it the bra was far too small and the quality was rubbish for the price paid. I emailed the company several times asking to return the bra and for a refund. They offered me a compensation payment of £4 but refused for me to return the bra and refused full refund.

Refused to give me a refund for goods that were not sized correctly.
Poor customer service.

I bought a bra which does not fit me. I have requested a refund and to send it back but they have refused to do this.
They have offered me a £3 compensation payment!!!!
I just want to send it back and get a refund, not possible

Products sent are not true to size and they do not except refunds
