I ordered 3 Bras, what a Joke, I went up a Size just in case and can't even get them on !!!!! Have asked to Return them and have a Refund. No chance they don't let you return items, they offered me £2.00 what a Joke, now they won't even answer my emails.

False advertising!!! Poor quality and sizing massively off. I am a size medium but ordered a large just in case but they are still far too small. I requested to return the order and be refunded but was refused, their reasoning was the size ordered had been delivered! But the size ordered was not even close to accurate sizing despite following their sizing guide.
I was told no refund would be issued and to give my order to a friend instead!! Appalling lack of accountability on their part and they should be avoided at all costs. Total waste of money.

Items took so long to arrive, I had forgotten about them. Poor quality and nothing like the pictures. I must of sent about 20 emails now trying to get them returned! Items cost me £50, they offered me £5 compensation, then £9 and their final offer is £15! This has been going on since August. Absolute joke!

Awful company!!!! Received item, I bought the item after asking them what size they reccomend for the UK conversion. They are awful, cheap rubbish material, do fit AT ALL and they will not give me a return address for a refund, I have emailed well over 6 times now, they offered £2 compensation!!!! I paid over £20 for the item.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I was waiting for my parcel 2 months just to find out It’s missing and If I want to get my things, I need to pay for their loss!!!!( because they don’t have it in their Warehouse and I need to pay sending costs. And If I want refund, they will have to take out cost of their loss.

Scam company. Still not providing me with a refund. Bought through Klarna but unfortunately paid it already. Not really sure why I bothered. They just say it’s a superior product, make you jump through hoops and then say it’s expensive to return to China. I looked it up, it’s £20 to send back. They’ve fulfilled it from the UK so I don’t know why I can’t send it back to the UK address. Absolute sham and scam. If you look at their positive reviews they’re written by robots that type how their “customer service” do.

If I could leave zero I would, the quality of the goods purchase for me a set of three bras, they are awful, absolute rubbish and are now in the bin. Trying to get a refund is impossible they will have you running rings around yourself getting codes pictures proof of purchase then end up telling you it’s going to cost more to send back to China as that where returns go.
Even though we have laws on distance selling in the uk they will not abide by them.

BE WARNED THIS IS A TOTAL SHAM COMPANY TO BUY OR DEAL WITH

Terrible bras, poor quality and poor fit. customer service refuses to allow me to return for a refund. Not at all like the adverts, total rip-off and scam.

Bought 3 bras which do not fit and poor quality asked for refund they offered £2... said costs to return would be at my expence. They also charged more than advertised by nearly £5 but when asked I got this back when I sore payment which came out. This company is a scam and I would not recommend to anyone I feel.ripped off

Received my three "support" bras and they are just cheaply made, thin sleep bras with unsightly pads. They look nothing like what's shown on the advertising. Not at all supportive. Absolute rubbish and no chance of a refund. Scam.

I purchased a pack of 3 bra s and a separate white one, I tried 1 bra on which did not fit, the packages arrived broken and inside a Royal Mail clear bag, no paperwork at all, nothing anywhere said that if you bought from this company and the items DID NOT FIT you could NOT get a refund. I'm totally disgusted with them. Theft on another level

Bra's do not fit,i ordered the right size according to their size chart. They are very poor sizing and poor quality.
I have asked to return them but have been told by customer services to give them to someone else. No return was offered.

I ordered a pack of 3 bras, they cost £24.46 including postage. They do not support me AT ALL. Instead of a refund they keep insisting of giving me £4, then it was upped to £6, and I keep the bras. The bras are no use to me. I keep on insisting on returning them. They have asked me to be 'kind' and accept the offer but that leaves me £18 out of pocket (though I would have more postage to pay too).

Absolutely terrible service ,they will not refund me even though the bra doesn’t fit ,is dirty and very badly made my advice STAY AWAY! Do not order from these people

On April 27, I ordered 3 bras in XL size, which I received after 1 month. The bras do not fit an XL size. I contacted customer service so that I can return the ordered goods and get my money back. I quote their answer: "We appreciate your support and the pictures.
However, upon inspection by our warehouse, the item dispatched to you aligns with your original order.
We regret any inconvenience caused by the product not fitting.
Could you consider transferring them to another individual?

As a gesture of goodwill, we propose compensation in the amount of 2GBP.
Will that be acceptable?

Second answer: "We are sorry for the inconvenience.
I have applied for many times with the supervisor.
How about we give you a compensation of 4GBP ?

Unprofessional customer service and scam website!!!

Ordered three Bras , the site stated easy returns. They were of poor quality and didnt fit definately not the size i ordered via there sizing chart.
the return address on parcel was UK but you have to email them before you can return. This is where the scam starts you can only return to China address and at the cost of approx £20 when i went to ask at post office. i only paid £20 for the items so this was a no brainer and this is what they count on. Luckily i paid via Paypal and opened a dispute. This company offered me £6 to keep the items that dont fit and are not as described.
I am happy to say they ruled in my favour. items are now in the bin and i have had my money refunded by Paypal.

This is a scam! Received my 3 bras today. Material is horrible, the 3 have different sizes (I ordered the same size), looks horrible on, doesn’t hold anything and is super uncomfortable, stay away from this scam!

Received my bras today 29.5.24 what a load of rubbish ordered XL which are supposignly to fit 38d more like 36b.very disappointed as the skin tone one was to wear under my dress for my gran daughters christening this Sunday 2.6.24 no way I'll be wearing this received a black one more for size 32a couldn't believe first and last time ordering from this company stitching discusting nothing good about the. Very, very dissapointed please do not buy from this website you'll be ripped off instantly BE AWARE😡

Product (bra) was very flimsy. Advertised as sturdy bra for the elderly. Not worth the money
