Prompt delivery
Ordered x2 phones through bank account reward scheme on Sun 16th Nov, one delivered on Tue 18th, other Thur 20th. Didn't receive dispatch notifications but received email from courier on day they were out for delivery.

Ridiculous delivery timescales
AOD use UPS as their delivery supplier who had package at local delivery point for 7 days. Delivery point is 2.3 miles from my house. Non Amazon prime orders can be delivered within 24 hours. Despite escalating to AOD it still took days to be delivered. My contract was with AoD not UPS, it is down to AOD to manage their chosen logistics partner not the customer.

No problems cancelling order
I decided to cancel my order. Customer service initially advised me to return it for a refund once delivered. They were then able to stop the delivery and process the refund, and kept me informed of any updates. Very helpful.

A company based on delays and incorrect
A company based on delays and incorrect information constantly. Really difficult to get in touch with.
I ordered a vacuum online using my credit card which gave a nice discount. Order was made Thursday and didn’t get dispatched till Tuesday evening. Yodel was the chosen carrier so I knew I probably wouldn’t be getting parcel. I asked for an update on Tuesday as I hadn’t received any communication other than to acknowledge my order. Customer service person had said order had been despatched and I would receive tracking information as soon as it became available. I never received this till the following day after the package was attempted to be delivered but I was not home. I was finally given the tracking. But then parcel was never seen again. Every communication results into a new ticket and at least 24 hours response time. Safe to say I will never order from here again.
Update:- Justin has been fantastic in helping to get a resolution. Still waiting for Shark vacuum but I feel hopeful.

I ordered a ring doorbell via this website as there was BlueLight discount. I received an order confirmation email but there is no way to track your order. I emailed them on 27th Oct, and received a reply on the 28th telling me “Your order will be delivered by 28th October”. No delivery and still no way to track the order. Reading other reviews it seems the delivery can take a while.

I purchased a ring doorbell through the blue light app. I then read these reviews a panicked. I tried to cancel, and had a quick response from customer service via email. They escalated my request to cancel and in the meantime the doorbell was dispatched and arrived the following day. Great service fe start to finish.

I've ordered ring doorbell 30th September through blue light card. Waited for two weeks didn't receive any update. I've emailed the customer service and said my order is in back order and one of my items was not available. I've cancelled it and they said I will get my refund. I've emailed again and they said just waiting confirmation from the team that my order is cancelled. I'm still waiting for my refund the process is taking too long. Will not order again in this website feels like it's a scam. It never happen to me before. Everything is so slow.
Update: They processed my refund after I post here. I've received it today. Thank you

Great experience
I purchased a doorbell, chime, and two cameras. Although the delivery was delayed, the customer service communication was excellent, which gave me confidence to purchase another doorbell and chime—I felt I was in good hands.
The main issue I experienced, however, was with the UPS delivery. Since I work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., I am not at home to receive parcels. I requested through AOD customer service that the delivery be redirected to the nearest UPS Access Point, but the courier still attempted delivery to my home address.
Overall, my concern lies with the communication between AOD and the delivery company, as this caused unnecessary inconvenience despite the otherwise positive service experience.

It's now 2 months since I received an AOD email with claim ref number for a £100 Sainsbury's gift card with no apparent issue or follow-up. Update - This issue has now been resolved and I have received an e-card.

A lost parcel and 4 weeks to resolve
I first ordered a ring doorbell system on 10th August, and had an email saying my order has been received and a follow up email would follow with order and tracking number. 12th august the money left my account. Mid August I had no doorbell and no further communication. I made numerous phone calls, left messages. Still no communication, so sent and email believing I had been scammed. I had an almost immediate reply, and numerous follow up emails, and my order arrived mid September. I can't fault customer service at all, once I had sent the email. They have been brilliant. 4 stars due to the hassle

1* isn’t even worth it. Ordered a ring door bell through blue light card, never got delivered and then said was going back to them. Have not received a refund or had any communication. When I tried to get in touch with them I was not able to get in contact, when emailed said email was incorrect, phoned them always said no one available. Absolutely appalling service. Ref 295493

The customer service team have been amazing with my order as it got lost during delivery and they worked hard to keep me informed of any new information regarding my original order. They then sent out a replacement order very quickly.

Excellent service
Ordered ninja - arrived quickly. Got in touch with active on demand after 4 weeks as still not received cash back. They were quick to respond explaining it had been released by them.
Contacted them after another 4 weeks had passed - responded with in hours telling me what date they had paid money into bank.
The service I received was excellent, emails replies on same day. The late payment of cash back was the fault of my bank and not active on demand - would highly recommend this firm if purchase - many thanks.

As part of TV purchase from Panasonic…
As part of TV purchase from Panasonic there was a promotion offer of £100:00 Aactivate On Demand ticket ref 26059 claim ref 294834 despite writing to the company several times (they always say that they will get back 24/48 hrs but never do) no payment has been made. Update today Sep 2nd. I have now been told that as well as a 30 coooling of period (now passed, there two further 30 day periods, one for approval, and the other for delivery.
I still hold out hope!
