Jeff is a third person that I’ve used for a refi. The other two did not end up well at all that going on I refused to sign the contract but as soon as I talk to Jeff, I knew Jeff knew what he was talking about and he’s a type of guy that I just felt I could trust right off the bat. He’s very very conscious about my needs what I wanted he fulfilled that need very well. In fact I can say we we become friends. I think Jeff is honest. After working with 2 other companies for the last year and a half, (which both ended in declines) I just happened to answer a cold call, and as it turned out it was from ACTIVE LINK.
I am so glad I answered that call. The caller was Riley Moore, please remember that name! After he told me his name and that he worked with ACTIVE LINK, he asked if I was considering a refi. I just laughed, and I told him I was but that I just got declined for the second attempt, and I did not want to waste his time only to get turned down a 3rd time! He convinced me to give him a chance. What did I have to lose? The short story is that in a month from when I was declined by the previous groups, I was approved and closed with ACTIVE LINK! I am amazed by the work Riley Moore, Alison Young, and their team did to help me accomplish this goal! They know how to do their jobs with compassion and professionalism. My wife and I will be forever grateful!

Jeff, the broker and Oscar, the finance wiz were VERY HELPFULL in completing my refinance request as I am not the most computer capable person and their assistance in obtaining the documents was crucial. Their rates were the best as compared to several others but the service, for me, was what set them apart. My credit score was not the greatest, but Jeff was still able to get me a great rate. We now have a plan to do this again in about as year when the score has improved and the rates settle down and look more favorable. I highly recommend Active Link for their expertise and assistance
