They worked hard to get my approval. There were some technical issues on their part that took about a week for further feedback. But they got back on track and approval went smoothly. I am a litttle disapounted that my loan was sold to Shell Point and a month later, I am still waiting for funds. But Shell Point is now, very helpful too.

everyone communicated well. It was a quick easy process

My loan officer was Alicia & she took the time to help in every way to make the process possible & smooth.
Most of all she was honest & I felt comfortable that is the reason I chose to go with this Company vs. the other two I talked with.

They say you need a six sixty credit score. Mine was 672 based on experian, directly from their website.I took a snapshot as sent it to them. They told me they did a soft pool and there report said it was five seventy. Apparently they did this just to turn down my loan.They almost seemed like they're just there as information brokers to sell your information to companies , and hopefully they get a cut. I would definitely not deal with them ever in the future scam artist.

It was confusing to be Honest. First I was speaking to your company then Woodbridge and a third company was involved and now the loan has been sold to Shell.

Delania was able to provide the amount of money we required in a reasonable amount of time with reasonable broker fees and interest rate.
Also, they were able to handle my lien and I obtained the funds with perfect timing for my purposes

The persistence, Betty and Jeff were very informative, this refinance was something new and also something I wasn't prepared to do. My bank called one day and said " you have a balloon payment due and we'll give you a 3 month extension. That's it. I'm appreciative of the time they took to guide me through the process.
