The Team at Acton Service Centre are brilliant. As a female it’s very difficult to find a reliable garage who won’t overcharge. They are honest, reliable and professional. I’ve been using them for almost 6 years. Highly recommend them especially for women.

Excellent as always - Regular customer - this time needed MOT, Service, 3 Tyres changed, Tyre Pressure light issue, and Battery replacement. Tyres ordered promptly, Dev personally went out his way to sort the Tyre Pressure light issue and light finally went out so grateful for this, Battery - I had struggled to get a replacement battery for my RAV4, and Dev again went out his way to source one which will work. MOT and service done whilst waiting. All done for a very reasonable price - recommend

Helpful and efficient

We needed an MOT and service for VW golf. Booked in quickly failed due to shock absorbers needed changing agreed to this. Completed quickly and at a good price.

I’m honestly fuming.

I pulled into Acton Service Centre because I wanted to ask about an MOT and servicing for my BMW 3 Series. I parked up and quickly went next door for a coffee and to use the toilet before going into the garage.

When I came back, the owner was standing there asking who owned my car and saying it was “in the way”, which it absolutely was not. He then told me to move it and immediately started shouting at me, swearing and calling me names like a ct and a dkhead.

What made it even worse was that he was shouting in front of everyone around the garage which was honestly embarrassing and completely unnecessary. I was there as a potential customer and instead got spoken to like that in public.

To be fair, the workers there have always seemed like decent people and I’ve never had an issue with them. But I will not support a business where the owner speaks to people like that with such a nasty mouth.

My whole family has used this place before but after this experience we will not be coming back and I will definitely be telling others to avoid.

We have been using Acton Service Centre for several years for service and M.O.T. as well as for any other car trouble. We have always found them to be very professional including informing us how long a job will take before getting the car back. Dev and his team are always polite and friendly. If ever a problem is detected Dev informs us first with what the problem is and how much it will cost to rectify before going ahead with the job. We have no complaints. A.S.C. is a first-class company. Would highly recommend.

Being their customer for several years now, I only use Acton Service Centre for any repairs or service for my Vauxhall Insignia. Dev and the team are really fantastic and have several times saved my car from from additional failure. They are excellent mechanics who really take care of the problem, whatever that may be. Dev and the team at Acton Service Centre will never leave a job unfinished. They persevered to diagnose a tyre pressure sensor issue on my Renault Megane, and are always clear on what the issue is, how to resolve it and keep the customer updated.
They also went out of their way to help diagnose and fix an earlier problem, and couldn't have been more helpful, friendly & professional.
