I've often found it very difficult to find a trustworthy, competent, and good-value mechanic in London.

Acton Service Centre are fantastic. Efficient, helpful, professional, just brilliant.

Last year, when Halfords failed my MOT because of an incredibly slow oil leak, they insisted I took it to the Acton Service Centre to have the engine cleaned and repaired. The team at the Acton Service Centre then cleaned it for free, and advised me that it wasn't a failure, and that I should go back to Halfords and ask them to pass it as is - which they did.

I booked with Acton Service Centre. I arrived on time for my MOT and they were ready to see to my car straight away. I left the car and had a walk. The MOT was done within 30 mins. I picked up the car and it was as easy as that! All for a price that was less than the standard price for a MOT.

Flat tyre, took the car in, fixed and finished within the hour. You pay for what you get and what you get is a working motor again and great service.

ASC are really professional. Booked the car in for a service and MOT and to resolve an engine issue. Within 2 hours they had identified the problem and advised by phone the best way forward. The car was ready to pick up later that afternoon. Overall great service and really happy.

Was wanting to find a garage for an MOT and service. Acton Service Centre were very professional and kept me informed during the service via phone and email. The actual cost was cheaper than quoted, as it was less service hours. Would highly recommend the garage.

Our car broke down and was towed to this garage, and left overnight in their secure compound, by the RAC who recommended them and had spoken to them over the phone (even though it was in the evening at night). They spotted a couple of serious issues which were quite dangerous (they sent photos) and gave comprehensive quotes and rang me up to discuss - being perfectly happy for me to go to another garage if I wanted. The repairs were carried out really quickly, the car was ready when promised, and my mechanic back in Nottinghamshire said their prices were pretty reasonable. I was impressed with the honesty of this garage and would recommend them.

A friendly and efficient family firm. Diagnosed and repaired the suspension of my Citroen C5. They went to a lot of effort to source a part no longer manufactured and charged for the work in accordance with their estimate.
(It was also a pleasant change to be able to contact them easily by phone compared with the absurd procedures when ringing most larger companies.)

Recent full service and MOT very efficient and courteous. Competitive pricing when compared to Audi main dealers. I shall revisit next time.
