I have used Acumen for pension and mortgage advice for the past 21 years. In the past week my wife and I have used them again to change our mortgage. Although the company structure has changed, we now deal with the pension and investments side of the firm, we cannot sing their praises enough.
Chris who has been our financial advisor for the past 15 years and is the consummate professional, has maintained their standards by providing a very personnel and tailored service. He has assisted us with mortgage, pension and investment advice and products. Our products are also under regular review ensuring our products and money are working at optimum. The communication and ease with which changes and tweaks are made to these investments means that we never have to worry.
The service they provide have so far allowed us to set up home, raise a family, move to and be able to extend a property and at the same time plan for our Autumn years.
