They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and guided me through the whole mortgage process, which made everything feel much easier and less stressful.

What an incredible experience we had using James Miller & Associates. As first time buyers and being self employed, we were initially very nervous and overwhelmed with the process. We didn't think we'd be able to get a rate anywhere near what James managed to get us! The entire process was seamless; James was so positive and knowledgeable but never put pressure on us to use their services. He responded to messages on time (and I sent a lot) but never made me feel like I was a nuisance. Lottie was amazing too; polite, and just as quick to respond to any queries. I would never hesitate to use their services again. I feel so lucky that we found them!

The advice given is always great, they never stop trying to get the best deal and they make admin so easy.
