James at James Miller & Associates is the best person you can have helping you! My Husband and I were up for a mortgage renewal and James has always been amazing. Even more so this time round as it was a bit more complicated. We are part way through an extension build and my Husband is overseas uncontactable. I used James Miller and Associates recently to help purchase my first property and I would highly recommend anyone to use them, especially Jack as he was very helpful for me as a first time buyer answering all the questions I had and guiding me through the process. He explained all the mortgage terminology in simple terms and tailored the advice to my needs. He was available at all times of the day to help and gave me some excellent advice while being very efficient. I would definitely recommend, 10/10 service.

I have always used James miller for all my mortgage needs. Just sorted us out with a great deal and it may of taken a couple attempts with houses fallen through but Tom and James pushed on and give us confidence on pushing forward. It is rare that I will review/ write about an experience I've had but given the consistently high customer service and results achieved along with solid guidance the team at James Miller deserve such a review.
Having been a client for the last 3 years and utilising a variety of of their services I cannot recommend them high enough. The communication/proactive nature and willingness of the team deserves recognition.
Special mention to Jack Webber who oversaw our recent dealings with the team, Jack diligently guided us though a new process for myself and wife and provided a detailed explanation at every step of the way and ultimately secured the deal we were looking for.
