Not an electrical item
I would have given a higher score, but the reason why I didn't is because I thought it was an electric rechargeable item not battery operated.

Great item
The item arrived quite late and only after I chased Evri.
I have used it a few time so far and it does seem to be doing the job well.
Thank you.

Acupeo Failure
The machine is poorly designed. It doesn’t help my neck pain in fact, I found it painful to use. I tried to return it but they rudely refuse to provide return details, quoting their terms and conditions. I pointed out these terms do not affect my statutory rights but they refuse to engage.
Don’t waste your money on this useless product, it is a scam.
