It's a SCAM do not buy from this company, it doesn't exist.
Storr supposed to be in London yet phone number is Cheshire but they don't answer its just answerphone.

I can’t track my order. I just received an email conferming my order but I don’t know if it has been sent.

It didn’t turn up. Didn’t even say dispatched on my order history. Emailed twice, phoned twice. No answer, no reply. PayPal are refunding. Wouldn’t order from them again.

I still haven't recived the christmas card I ordered. Its Christmas eve so given up now. I've emailed, telephoned. Left messages but I'd have had more chance contacting the dead. Very very poor. Customer service -0

Ordered and paid for, never delivered and seemingly no way to get hold of anyone. I feel I've been scammed, avoid this business...

No delivery, fake phone numbers and email addresses.
Scam company..Don't order anything from them.

Please do not order from Adagio London. My experience is that your payment will be taken but you will not hear back from them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt before writing this review by emailing them and phoning them, with no luck. I have now run out of patience. The only "interaction" I have had since placing a substantial order back at the start of December is a payment transaction from Worldpay. It may just be that their customer service is rubbish and that my goods will reach me eventually but in this day and age even that isn't good enough.

Have not received item, no response to phone calls, emails, or messages

telephoned numerous times but only got answer phone (left messages on the answer phone requesting to contact me ) regarding my order also sent e-mails and again no reply

If I could give negative rating I would but 1 star is the least that’s available. Order placed for a substantial amount and paid, order never arrived, absolutely no communication despite several emails to customer service, contact us form on website, email from PayPal….. both the phone numbers are not working they cut off after ringing for a while, this is a scam website. Luckily I paid via PayPal and had the buyer protection so they intervened and decided to refund me otherwise would have lost a large amount of money.

I also placed an order 14th November, still no sign of it despite emails and phone calls. We also went to London last weekend and I found the "shop", except its not a shop, no name above the address, when you look through the letterbox of the shutter it's an office reception area. I went to my bank to raise my concerns and they've said its most likely a scam website. Money credited to my account. DO NOT BUY FROM ADAGIOLONDON.

Placed an order over a week ago and it hasn't arrived. Emailed for an update, no response, called several times no answer, left a voice mail and still no call back!

I have still not received my package from you. I have been unable to contact anyone from Adagiolondon. HELP !!

Ordered product 14/10/23. Money taken from my account.
16 days later and order not received.
Phone number from website not accepting calls and no reply from 2 separate email addresses.

Item arrived quickly but damaged. This was soon replaced.
Very nice item although quite expensive.

I wanted to order 2 Ladycrow silk scarves - which I saw in Scotland but was unable to find in England. They were dispatched super fast and were a really good price. Many Thanks
