Really lovely presentation on delivery. Made it feel really special.

I was happy to find Adagio when searching for a specific last minute Christmas gift that was out of stock in the shops. I was very happy to receive within a few days as I couldn't find anywhere else that would deliver before Christmas.

We bought Christmas presents from Adagio London. The website was easy to use, the choice and variety extensive. The delivery arrived quickly, well packaged and presented. We will be using them again and will be recommending them to friends and family.

I'm so happy with my recent order. I've shopped with Adagio London since they launched and would say they are my go-to store for gifts. The range is frequently refreshed,they carry quality British brands like Stoneglow candles, Simon Carter accessories and Bath House natural skincare and have gift for all ages. The website is easy to navigate and new-in items are flagged so no need to scroll through when you're short of time. My most recent order of jewellery, candles and reed diffusers was received promptly despite the strikes and everything was carefully wrapped, securely packed and came with a hadwritten note. I've only had positive experiences with Adagio, I like to support small businesses and wholeheartedly recommend Adagio London.

Buyer beware!

Absolutely disgusting company! Do not touch unless you want to be charged and sent books different to those advertised and paid for and then refused help to rectify!

I ordered using the ISBN and confirmed based on the book photographed and detailed on the website. They then chose to send me an entirely different version! This was not advised as even a possibility before our order! We contacted Adagio to be told to contact the publisher if we have an issue with this, believe it or not!!! They have now updated the website to correctly and lawfully advise customers of this, but that is of no use to those who ordered before they did this!

It was a significant birthday present, so ruined that and then blatantly refused to do the morally right and legally required thing by exchanging it for the correct book or giving a full refund!

Stay away!

Our Christmas order from Adagio London has just arrived. As with previous orders the parcels arrived beautifully packaged. The service always excellent. The website is so easy to navigate and has a wonderful selection of beautiful gift items. We will continue to use them and no hesitation in recommending them.

i was given a gift by my daughter from
Adagio and was so impressed by the product and its presentation. I will continue to shop with the company in the future I also find the website easy to use and for the silver surfer that is a big plus. I was amazed at the variety of jigsaw puzzles on offer and my friends and I have bought a number of these during the covid-19 pandemic of last year.

Bought many items from this gift shop including 2 of the swig reusable bottle and cup. They are great hot drinks stay hot for hours and the long cup comes with straw inside.
I also have a cracker diffuser and candles Christmas scent and I can smell it throughout downstairs which is lovely. Also bought a star sign candle for my friends birthday and it has a very strong pleasant fragrance and came beautifully wrapped.
I have for the last 2 years bought gift wrap and Christmas cards here too. Great range and many sizes and styles to choose from for different family and friends.
People should be more willing to support smaller businesses! They work 3x harder than these big companies and your business means so much more. I always get a handwritten message with my orders too adds a nice touch

Ordered a necklace for a birthday present. It never arrived so 10 days later I eventually got someone to answer the phone (no response to emails) they tell me its not in stock so I agree to a refund.

I waited a week and no sign of the refund. I phone them several times and get the run around. Eventually after 2 weeks I tell them I'm getting in touch with my credit card. The refund appeared the next day.

Very disappointed with the service, so much so I felt the need to leave a review. Will never use this company again.

If there's an option to supply pictures of email trail from order to receiving refund I will put it on.

Theres no reason for me to lie, this is clearly a systemic attitude at adagiolondon as everyone I have conversed with there has been lying. Avoid this company if you don't want hassle.

I purchased this product a few weeks ago and it's been great, it keeps the drinks cold for hours and fits perfect in the car cup holder... it's that good I take it everywhere. The item arrived next day, well packaged with great customer service communication, I could not be happier.

I received items they fine sent them back for a refund after changing my mind and had no response until I followed up a week after it was delivered.

They informed me that 1 item valued at £14 was damaged on arrival fair enough could have been damaged in transit but then they refund me £37.16 short of the total I paid.

Poor communication across the board and not trutworthy company i wouldnt buy from them again and absolutely would not recommend them to anyone.

Still waiting for an explanation as to why i was refunded less than half of what i paid.

Great customer service and lovely products at a good price. Gift wrapping service is really handy.

I tentatively ordered a jigsaw advent calendar which had been heavily featured on daytime TV and had sold out everywhere else.
A few days later I received an email explaining that Adagio had been inundated with orders and would be working through them in date and time order but understandably as a result of the influx the order may not be fulfilled. The email explained my options and right to refund should I wish.
A couple of days later I received a telephone call from a gentleman informing me that my order would arrive on 1st Dec. Quite possibly the friendliest person I’ve ever spoken to in customer service!!
It was a gift to my Gran and she absolutely loves it, thank you Adagio!
