Delivery was prompt, arriving within a few days while ensuring smooth communication. The product quality is excellent, though instructions could be improved. No problems with Adaptation Supplies Ltd, very good quality s/s grab rails at a reasonable price.
However, no email or texts from delivery company on actual day of delivery resulted in missing delivery twice on my first order and once on my repeat order.
Had to select a local delivery point instead.

Delivery no problem and the products I ordered arrived.

Product I ordered was the wrong one, I asked if they offered the replacement which I needed. The sales team emailed back immediately and told me unfortunately they didn't supply these kits.

I then asked for the returns information and how to return as they would no longer be needed, no response in two days after sending two emails ? I simply want to return some products I ordered which aren't correct for the Job.

The response? You are waiting for me to accept a £40 re stock charge, making fees up out of thin air complete and utter con. If this issn't resolve shorlty and a refund made in full I will raise a dispute on my Amex card instead.

ordered my clients enclosure and it arrived in a couple of days, received good clear advice from customer service when looking to place my order and the item looks great, still yet to fit but am confident it will work for my client.

I found it easy to find what I wanted, and it arrived very promptly.
The item proved to be just what we wanted.

A Brilliant Company! My experience of dealing with Adaptation Supplies was excellent from my initial enquiry through to delivery. I had some technical questions about a shower screen, which the fitter had asked me to check on, I was delighted to find such a helpful, knowledgeable and professional Sales Manager. All my questions were clearly answered along with further advice, which was most appreciated especially as I am not technically minded. I called on a day when the usual team were not all present, despite this I received same day responses.

This company offers a customer focused service providing what it promises, it was a delight dealing with them. Thank you very much, I certainly recommend this company.

4** really but it’s a great product. The instructions are terrible. As there are like 30 ways of setting this up. If you’re a novice this would be like brain surgery. I’ve done many shower cubicles but this was the first disabled adaption. Quality of the product is great. Could come with a drill bit next time too

from point of ordering to receiving delivery was excellent.i was not at home at time of delivery and received a phone call saying driver was outside,i asked them to try my neighbours either side,which they did,then got another call from ASL telling me which neighbour they had left it with.10 minutes later,i had my goods.as a plumber,i wish so many other companies adopted this kind of service and communication.will use again.i give you 100 per cent.thank you

I'd seen these on various websites, but ASL were by far the best price. I bought 2 sleek, modern stainless grab rails - one for use in the shower-bath, and one to use as a matching towel rail. They arrived really quickly and look to be great quality.
